failure, prepares report and issues recommendation.
o Responsible for Heat exchangers &Fin fan coolers Hydro testing during (T&I stream Shutdown)

o Supervision and provision of necessary technical guidance to contractors in Inspection/ NDT/welding/
fabrication activities and other related activities.
o Inspects maintenance and capital project works being carried out in the plant, to ensure that specified
maintenancepracticesandproceduresarefollowedforwelding,installationand fabrication as per policy
and in compliance with international fabrication codes and standard.
o Implementsinspectionrecommendation andraiserepairOrdersbynotificationsissuingthroughSAP and
then tracking the progress till completion of work.
o Review & approve WPS & PQR, witness WQT & monitor welder.
o Review test packages, making punch and outstanding lists, witness and approve pre-commissioning
cleaning, hydrostatic tests, flushing, and reinstatement.
