Applying all inspection tests for all static equipments such as (Crude oil tanks, Heat
Exchangers, Boilers, Pressure Vessels during service and in shut down periods
 Directs, supervises for all on-stream and shutdown inspection activities and repair in
the gas plant, oil plant, sea lines and offshore platforms for stationary equipment (vessels,
burner, boilers, heat exchangers, tanks, etc.), piping systems, pressure relieving devices,
lifting equipment, structures, etc., by assessing deterioration mechanisms, corrosion
monitoring and investigation of failures to establish inspection frequencies and/or
corrective actions to prevent recurrence
 NDT activities such as; VT, RT, UT, MT & PT. and Internal visual inspection
by Bore scope & Video scope tools
Performing all inspection tests needing for the plant piping system.
 Prepare and carried out thorough Inspection for 18 vessels during complete shutdown
of SUCO Gas plant on 2010.
 Prepare and carried out thorough Inspection for 12 vessels during partial shutdown of
SUCO Gas plant on 2012.
 Prepare and carried out thorough Inspection for 10 vessels during partial shutdown of
SUCO Gas plant on 2014.
Experience with tank inspection and repair according to standard codes API-650/653.
Experience with piping and pipelines inspection and cold & hot repair and replacement
according to standard codes API 570, API 1104, & ASME B31.3 &16.5
Experience with pressure vessels inspection and repair according to standard
codes API 510.
 Directs, supervises for cold repair for vessels V-1015 & V-1016 & V-3016.
 Directs, supervises for tank floor mapping by Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) and
repair.
 Directs, supervises for replacement of bottom plates for tank (T-2001Crude Oil Tank
floating roof on 2012)and applying new bottom according to standard code API-653/ 650
and SUCO specifications.

condition such as Atmospheric Temperature, Dew Point, Relative
Humidity (%) and substrate Temperature etc.

Directs, supervises for replacement of pipe spool 30" under water pipe line for the pipe
line end manifold (PLEM) for loading line at ZB field.
 Supervise Erection of new Fiber Glass Piping for Water Intake Area.
 Supervise Erection of new Fiber Glass Tank for potable Water for Camp area.
Preparing Piping Plans, inspection strategy, Piping Layout, Equipment Layout, and
ISOMETRIC Drawings. Reviewing P & ID, Equipment Drawings and Structural
Drawings.
 Drawing for all isometrics required for any new jobs and also for in service work.
 Monitors plan for intelligent pigging & under water survey for sea lines per good
industry practices to ensure its integrity.

 Supervises for all coating activities (internal & external painting, wrapping and
Insulation cold or hot).
 Witness on inspection for cranes, hoists, loose lifting equipment, offshore equipment,
overhead and other structures, forklift trucks and mobile cranes.
 Advises on repair techniques, materials selection, welding procedures, inspection
and testing requirements.
 Checking and advising on new designs, including plant changes and projects.
 Planning and day wise progress monitoring of work as per schedule.
 Good management and communication skills, proactive approach to problem
solving.
 Prepared the necessary mechanical permit required for all jobs.
 Prepares, updates, Risk assessment for any job.
 Participates in preparation of Capital and Operating budgets for Inspection Unit,
Monitors and reconciles capital and operating expenditure against planned budget
for inspections.
Ensures the adequate frequency of the scheduled inspection programs in view of
historical data on corrosion rate of various facilities and equipment.
Monitors and oversees the execution of inspection programs and activities.
Prepares and issues Inspection Reports, Work lists and Certificates (as
applicable) for equipment and piping in the assigned areas.

 Familiarity with International codes, standards and industry guidelines such as
