A Summary And Suggestions Of The Bank Essay
CHAPTER 5
5.1.1 FINDINGS AND SUGGESTIONS
The Bank has to do lot of work why people are still financially excluded even after 68 years of
independence and design policies to ensure inclusion of the poor and disadvantaged people. The
strategy could vary from village to village but all efforts should be made in this way as financial
inclusion can truly lift the financial condition and standards of life of the poor and the disadvantaged
people of Jammu & Kashmir. Large percentage of loans is taken by households for meeting
financial emergency, medical emergency and social obligations like marriages, etc. These three
purposes amount to 53% of the loans availed by the people. More than 60% of people/farmers are
indebted to non–institutional sources. In case of crisis, these people find it convenient to approach
non–institutional sources for their credit necessities. Financial emergencies, for instance include
unforeseen expenditure on business, consumption, marriage among others, which may not be
financed by banks and other institutional organizations. Need specific loans / credit schemes can
attract the people towards the banking domain.
In India when financial inclusion started it was just to have minimum access to bank accounts
without frills. But actually financial inclusion scope is very wide it doesn't mean just to have a zero
balance account. Even many account holders can't recall when they opened these accounts because

Analysis Of Suggestions For The Future Of Social Work
Introduction
Technological advancements can seem overwhelming today. Most everyone would agree that
technological progress can be a good thing, but only when it brings solutions to problems. For
instance, it makes us more productive, or it gives us more information more quickly than in the past.
Unfortunately, there can be unintended consequences of technology that are detrimental to us. The
thing that most concerns me is that we may be losing the concept of the importance of human
relationships. When we bury ourselves in technology and cannot live a day, hour or even a minute
without it, we can easily lose sight of interpersonal connections. Email and texting are convenient,
but we sacrifice other forms of communication like body language, a tone of voice and facial
expressions. An interpersonal ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
We are privileged to be invited into someone's life. We should do everything necessary to protect
boundaries and protect the therapeutic relationship. Secondly, we must be diligent not to exploit the
vulnerable populations we serve. "The enduring challenge in social work is to locate and walk what
can be a fine line between valuable innovation that has therapeutic benefits and harmful, possibly
exploitative treatment of vulnerable clients" (Reamer, 2013; p. 171).
We are encouraged to be creative in finding new models and methods of meeting the needs of our
clients. We must also be critical thinkers in evaluating our efforts. Good communication is essential
for developing and maintaining positive relationships. We must be diligent to develop therapeutic
working relationships with our clients, and we should listen in order to identify how best to serve
them. Technology can make communication quick and easy, but we must exercise caution. We must
always remember the importance of relationships – that human touch and interaction are

TO: All Employees of Denver Branch
FROM: Leonard Schwartz, Branch Manager
SUBJECT: New Loss–Prevention System
As you may have recently heard, lately we received news from the corporate headquarters that it
would be in the best interest of the entire company to pay more attention to matters of preventing
accidents and any other safety–related measures that affect the workplace, including both office and
field activities related to all types of jobs that we complete. Every single employee in each office at
every branch needs to be mindful in this regard so that he/she is most efficient and effective in the
daily performance of his/her everyday tasks that relate to their job responsibilities so that safety is ...

It is my great pleasure to announce to all of you that effective in the next month (February) I will
give a monthly safety award of $100 to the individual branch employee at any level of the branch
who comes up with the best, most useful suggestion related to safety in any part of the branch
activities. Today I will take the action of placing a suggestion box on the wall of the lunchroom so
that all of you will have an easy way to place suggestions for safety into the pipeline and to be
considered. As an attachment to the memo you are now reading from me, I have provided you with a
copy of the form that you are to use in making any suggestions that are then to be placed in the
suggestion box. On the last business day of each month, the box will be emptied of the completed
forms for that month, and before the end of the following week a winner will be selected by me for
the previous month suggestion program, and an announcement will be placed by me on the bulletin
board in the company workroom.

the suggestion program that is being implemented here at the Denver office at M–Global, please do
not hesitate to make your comments known either in memorandum form or by way of telephone

Telecommuting Suggestion Report
The first course of action this tech firm should take is to create a productivity report to analyze the
current state of the company's workforce. It was mentioned that the organization already has fifty
employees telecommuting. However, the head executives have yet to make a formalized plan. This
was a large oversight that could have potentially caused a lot of tension between the two groups of
employees. Although guidelines should have been created before telecommuting began, it will help
show any differences between the two groups in the productivity report. A suggestion for how the
report should be created and implemented would be to weigh whatever task is most important for
each job and compare the performance between onsite and telecommuting staff members. Having
this information will help determine if the company should even allowing working off site all
together.
Unfortunately, the prompt did not specify how well telecommuting had been working for the firm
before asking for suggestions. Hypothetically we will say that the percentage of productivity for off
site workers was equally as high as on site. A company would have a difficult time if everyone
telecommutes, however, it would be wise to allow some flexibility in work schedules. The tech firm
could include temporary off site work as well. For example, allowing an employee with a cold to
work at home or if a deadline is pressing and a staff member works better at home. If the company
executives decide to allow a

despicable character from the beginning, but the single ladies of the town had better take heed. I am
persuaded that we have not seen the last of this talented actor and his wayward character. And one of
those girls who had better beware is Clara. I was ecstatic to see Eva return as I have been watching

Guidelines And Suggestions For A Recommendation
Introduction
Having a well–known and standard process to create a policy or procedure is crucial in an
organization. The lack of one could lead to confusion and hindrance in the implementation of a
potentially necessary process. In many organizations, however, there is room for improvement.
Recommendations and suggestions should be encouraged, as they can aid in the success of these
plans. It is not enough, though, to simply suggest improvements. Action must be taken on the
suggestions, or they will likely remain unchanged. Succeeding this, once a recommendation has
been implemented, and organization must implement some way of measuring the status of it. This
paper focuses on the metrics Organization A uses to measure the success of a recommendation. All
opinions expressed in this paper are that of the author unless otherwise specified. The policy
development process in Organization A is contingent upon what department a policy affects. For
example, if the Accounting department needs to develop a process that handles, for example,
sending a report to a supervisor, then the procedure simply must be worked out within the
department. In this example, the policy may not be written down; it may just be understood and
common practice. However, if the Accounting department found the need to implement a policy that
specified how all employees must handle expense reports, then this must be decided by the core
business unit (BU) leaders.

Alba Western Governors University Abstract Working in a hospital unit can sometimes be very
difficult. Nurses must do everything accordingly to practice positive time management while still
providing quality care to their patients. In emergency situations, certain supplies should readily

After discussion with the Unit Director, I proposed to implement a solution that I thought would
have a positive outcome with our current dilemma affecting time management. I completed a count
of the Suction pressure regulators, Suction Canisters, Suction Canister disposable sleeve, Telemetry
Wires, and Oxygen regulators that we currently had on hand and recorded the results. There was a
deficiency in the amount according to how many patients we needed supply for so I sat with the
Unit Director after conducting the count and had her place an order to our supply company for the
additional units. I proposed to relocate these supplies to an available storage space on the unit so that
the supplies would be in a more centralized location. The main issues related to our supply deficit
were directly contributing to poor time management in our staff members according to the
information I had gathered up to this point. I believe that by relocating said supplies to a centralized
location, Staff members would be able to directly go to this location and obtain all the needed
emergency supplies at one time and get back to their patient. This would increase time spent
providing patient care. The resources needed to implement this project were simply the supplies that
were needed to be relocated. The supply company was used to order additional supplies from

Wedding Speech : Miss Orbach
When I arrived at Susan house she was upset because over the weekend the children had dropped
her phone in the bathtub. She told me she had the phone on the charger in Emily 's room since no
one usually goes in there. She told me, Cody went in the back room and took the charger and the
phone into the bathroom to show Emily , while she was in the tub. Miss Orbach does not know if
Cody put the phone down or handed it to Lucas, but he got a hold of the phone and threw it in the
tub. This is bad for Miss Orbach because she keeps the dates and times of the family appointments
in her cell phone. I reminded Miss Orbach that for the first half of August she had written down all
her appointments on her calendar and I had the contact information for the mentors and therapist
that comes to her house, form when she had to fill out a contact form for me. Miss Orbach got the
calendar and she realize most of the appointments are on the calendar. The appointments on the
paper calendar just did not have all the correct times due to her continuously rescheduling
appointments. At which point I suggested she call the doctor offices and check the appointment time
for the children. I also suggested that she does this for any other appointment she has on the
calendar. Since Miss Orbach did not have her cell phone she had to borrowed Ryan 's phone and

Telecommuting Suggestions for Organizations
Before recommending a course of action, it is useful to identify an underlying principle that is of
unequivocal importance to the success of this organization. A massive portion of the organization's
value lies within its members, or employees. Decisions regarding how this organization should
continue forward, regarding their policies on telework, will have a major impact on many of the
employees. Thus, it is crucial that whatever decision is made, the employees must feel like they have
been treated fairly. If the employees perceive that their employer is treating them unfairly, they will
likely engage in unproductive or even destructive, behaviors. I would like to continue deviating
from the recommendation, to identify some information that one would need to collect before
forming a recommendation in a real world scenario. The fact is that the organization currently has
some workers teleworking and some reporting physically. One must analyze how the current
business practices have affected organizational success, before worrying about what direction is best
for the future. Of course, the current business practice in question, is whether employees perform
better working from home or reporting to the office everyday. The answer to this question is both
objective and subjective. When considering the performance of sales personnel, this is a reasonably
objective question. One could simply compare the average sales between the two groups or workers.

The six students were able to work in the Food Market together to assist clients with assessments in

auditor should perform in determining.
First of all, having a clear communicate with the predecessor auditor to discuss the details. Since
this will involve the client confidential matter, obtaining a permission should take place first. By
doing this, auditor can able to identify the auditing issues to have a better picture of the company

The company is struggling with the implementation of new IT systems. This new system has
eliminated the audit work since it has problem on the accuracy for most of the report such as:
internal management budget report, inventory status report, and payroll tax deductions, etc.
especially when Barnes and Fischer is not familiar with the system. To be noted the new IT system
was implicated in early 2011, but the new controller who was in charge of accounting reporting and
be responsible for the accuracy just got hired few months before the year of 2011 end. Thus, the
auditors may have difficulty time getting additional help from the controller as well as the
information they need from the system and may increase the amount of time and cost on applicable
testing required. Last but not lease, Ocean Manufacturing has changed auditors three times over the
past 12 years. They also had problem on agreeing on auditing fees. This cause of concern. I believe
there has to be something inherently wrong in the company system.

Evaluating Ethical Solutions Associated With Real Life...
This paper is a reflection on the experience of a group assignment which challenged the group to
consider ethical solutions associated with real life situations. Although, individuals have different
goods in which they protect and promote sometimes this limits agreement concerning what is right.
(Arnett, Harden, and Bell 2008, p. 25) In addition, this paper will also demonstrate how group
members can learn from each other, and consider the challenges, if any, a member might experience.
Overall, I absorbed an abundant of information from this project, which may be applied to my daily
life. As a participant of a group, I thought it was motivating to listen to another person's perspective
when it comes to constructing ethical communication decisions. In fact, I believe, this project should
be utilized in the employment industry. In the event of my group partner making a suggestion for the
second scenario, he expressed, that he learned the technique while being in the military. Although,
I'm aware that people have different beliefs and values, I acknowledged that collaborating ideas is
beneficial, and operates as a learning tool, only if you are willing to listen and learn. Nevertheless,
making a decision about the scenarios were not difficult, we were able to identify similar ethical
ideas, yet, I was concern about mentioning Charlie's action to purchase an alcoholic beverage during

Suggestions for Building a Strong Brand
I will make three suggestions that you could use to help build a strong brand. I will apply this to the
three levels of a product. First I will make a suggestion to help your core product, which is at the
center at your business, then secondly another suggestion to aid with the actual product, then
secondly the augmented product, this is known as the three product levels.
The three product levels is a theory Philip Kotler talks about in his book "Principle of Marketing".
The first level is the core product, the second level is the actual product and the third being the
augmented product. The three levels of a product is a model Kotler talks about that allows a

An example of a business that links its customers, business & website together is apple. When a

their user experience is consistent and a customer can very easily identify apple by its branding. The
business needs to use its branding, come up with a house style (if it doesn't already have one) and
possibly a slogan, and then cascade this through to the website.

socially normal in their culture. The parent then told the child to go apologize to the man. The child
apologize to the man with and sorry. And the man said that's OK you have a nice day. This example
was appropriate for the guide. I witnessed this behavior a couple weeks ago while in line at
McDonald's.
6. Help a child set standards based on his/her own performance rather than on comparison with
peers. 9/4/17 3:30pm.
At the park there were two twin toddlers with mom and dad. Mom and dad were trying to get the
boys to walk on the jungle gym. One child had Superior motor skills over the other child. Each

The errors were made during the simulation including prioritising the personal goals over the team

the team goals in the first place instead of the individual goals. The decision needs to be made based
on whether it achieves an improving progress or a better result in completing the overall group
tasks. Setting several subunit objectives will be helpful to reach the ultimate goal since the sub
objects will specify the particular issue for each section or stage and it creates systematic manner to

when the organization was established, the proprietors were living with the idea that they are the

But, the chairman of the board, Schultz, thought that even when 25,000 to 30,000 international

takes the 2nd position of the most–consumed drinks all over the world, whereas water takes the 1st
position. Social Education (2011) views Starbucks' as the organization that lies not in their
measurable qualities but in their ability in order to make everybody feel much better and improve
their lifestyles.
Economically, in the financial year of 2005 the organization has documented incomes of $6.4

Ada Leverson's Suggestion
Love Is Wise In the short story "Suggestion" by Ada Leverson there is so much deceitfulness when
it comes to love and people in general. Suggestion has a wide based theme where loving someone
does not mean it's really true love. People often wonder what true love is. It's hard to define true
love. To me, true love is a very strong emotion or feeling that you show to someone when you care
for them and are willing to do anything in the world for them. In "Suggestion" there was this very
weird, typically complex, deceitful character named Cissy. Cissy was the type of person that was
always in someone else's business even their relationships. The reason Cissy was like this because
he was really trying to find himself and true love through others." Must I really ... Show more

Although you love someone it does not mean that it is always true love. In "Suggestion", there were
several cases where the love for someone else is not so honest or true. For example, there was this
lady named Laura and she was madly in love with Cissy's dad, Carrington. However the catch was
that Carrington did not love her back. The reason Laura thought that Carrington loved her was
because she was receiving several delicacies that were supposedly from him, but they were really
from the deceitful Cissy. "I had sent Laura the orchids anonymously; I could not help it if she chose
to think they were from my farther" (140). Which Laura immediately did think they were from the
farther. So, Laura and Carrington ended up getting married which brings another excellent theme
into the story that seems to keep circling around; things are not always as they seem because
immediately after Laura and Carrington got married he started acting as if he was someone else.
However, in reality it actually was Cissy doing all of those sweet things for Laura to deceive her.
Laura thought that Carrington was a sweet, caring gentlemen when he really was a "irritating, ill–

comes with higher priced item, is quality of the item and wonderful customer service. Based on the
size of your company, you do not pay your employees as much as your large competitor. We suggest
you change this, as you have a wonderful team, some of which are unhappy with their current pay.
After conducting a benchmarking study, our suggestion to you is minimal base salary increases for
some, and a minimal incentive program for others. Your salary will suffer slightly at first; however,
included in this is the creation of a marketing plan to focus on obtaining new clients in new fields,
which will increase overall profit for the company. For your employees, they will feel that their
concerns were addressed and show how much they are valued by you.
Let's begin our proposal with John Inves, as he is essential to the success of your business. While we
agree that you can run your company without him, we do not advise this. As part of your business,
John is your most valuable employee, as well as your biggest asset. As not part of your business,

How to Save Money
Nowadays, our society becomes prosperity and busy, let's make an instance, petrol, foods, clothes,
electric bill all of them are quite expensive, will you feel anxiety when you lack of money to use for
your daily life. We can not do anything without money while living in this society. My purpose of
writing this essay is to educate you how to save money wisely. It is an easy way to save money as a
student, most of us would like to enjoy the entertainment while living in this society, and some of us
don not really know or don not even remember what we have spent on.
Firstly, if we want to save money, we have to develop a habit or interest of saving money and need

meal. Get rid of this kind of habit of having lunch or dinner in this kind of restaurant if you're trying
to save your money. I would suggest you to get lunch from the common restaurant, even though
their food is not that attractive, but most of their dishes are quite delicious and cheap, such as Nasi
Lemak, Roti Canai and Fried Kui Teow.
Lastly, once you realise that you have achieved your goal of saving money, treat yourself something
nice and fun. You probably can go and watch a film in cinema or hang out with friends, but try not
to spend so much of money.

Brave New World Suggestions
Critical Analysis Rough Draft
"Till at last the child's mind is these suggestions, and the sum of the suggestions is the child's mind.
And not the child's mind only. The adult's mind too–all his life long. The mind that judges and desire
and decides–made up of these suggestions. But all these suggestions are our suggestions...
Suggestions from the State." This quote from Adoulous Huxley's Brave New World retrieved from
chapter 2 displays the subject of complete authoritarian control that The World State contains.
Through the use of technological advances, the world state is able to maintain stability and complete
control. Every human being in the world state is conditioned to sustain the needs of the society. .

Huxley warns his readers about scientific advances that have the capability to threaten society. This
is most clear in the fields of biological technology. According to Huxley himself, " The theme of
Brave New World is not the advancement of science as such, it is the advancement of science as it
affects human individuals.".(Huxley) In the utopian society created by Huxley if even the smallest
bit of human emotion is expressed a drug known as soma is prescribed to cure the problem. Quite
similar to our current world in which the use of drugs such as alcohol, marijuana and other drugs is
used on a consistent basis to numb many of our natural human emotions. If we analyze our current
world, it is troubling to see how much technology has a role in our lives. In every room, every mind
is preoccupied with screens, even the most basic of society's functions are controlled by technology.
Present, similar to the society created by Huxley, technology plays a role in the way we are
governed. If we take a look at the most recent 2016 presidential election, the use of Facebook and
other social media sites to spread propaganda, resulted in the people willing choose a mentally
unstable leader, lacking even the most basic understanding of how to

A Modest Suggestion By Jonathan Swift
In order to prevent the children become a burden from their parents and make them more beneficial
to the Ireland society, Jonathan Swift proposes several solutions and details them in his "A Modest
Suggestion" which was written in 1792. Irony is the main literary technique used by Swift
throughout the whole story. To relieve Irish from suffering miserable life, Swift supposes like "The
remaining hundred thousand may, at a tear old, be offered in sale to the persons of quality and
fortune through the kingdom" (Swift 2). The suggestions that Swift proposes in the story are
incredible and ridiculous. However, he uses "modest" in the title which strongly mocks the
hypocrisy and cruelty of the authorities at that time. They don't care about the poor people's destiny
and try to use all the possible methods to get benefits from the poor Irish. ... Show more content on

benefits. This suggestion not only fail to help the poor, but also make their life harder. The parents
are too poor to squeeze so the authorities start thinking get benefits from their children with a
highfalutin reason. To strengthen his suggestion more credible, Swift lists datas many times in the
story like "one million and a half", "thirty thousand" which seems he really spends a lot of time on
researching and truly wants to help the authorities improve the current society

Essay on Comparing Love after Love and This Room
Comparing Love after Love and This Room
The two poems with which I compare each other are both poems of celebration. Celebration of life,
love and your identity. The first is
"Love after Love" by Derek Walcott. This poem is about self–discovery.
Walcott suggests that we spend years assuming an identity, but eventually discover who we really
are – and this is like two different people meeting and making friends and sharing a meal together.
Walcott presents this in terms of the love feast or Eucharist of the Christian church – "Eat...Give
wine. Give bread." And it is not clear whether this other person is merely human or in some way
divine, this is also an imperative which would suggest that they are divine and so have a

As this route is too boring and predictable for this newfound liberated mind.
The first line in "Love.." is,
"The time will come
When, with elation,
You will greet yourself arriving,
at your own door,"
a line foretelling that eventually you will recognise who you are.
Whether this will take a mirror or whether a person will realise who they really are through their
own head and deep inside their own souls. It also suggests that you shouldn't care about others
opinions with the line " in your own mirror.." which makes you wonder "How do I see myself?"
which I thought could be trying to question basic human ideas, why do people look at who they are
in the first person, why is the person whose eyes they see through them?! What makes them that
individual? The answers here are clear, a love for life, for one's self and what they feel within their
soul. Both poems, I felt used techniques to suggest being unique. For example, In "This Room" the
author uses extensive use of caesura, using punctuation in the middle of a line, and enjambment, a
technique by which you don't use normal punctuation at the end of each sentence, thus creating a
flowing and textured piece of poetry. With these techniques, Dharker has created flowing text, I
think that this might be a suggestion that life flows quickly and that you should take advantage of it
because of this.

Violations can be treated the same whether the employee violated the code, or if an employee is
aware of a violation and does not inform the company. Disciplinary action if defined as 'termination,
without notice or payment in lieu of such notice...may also result in civil and/or criminal
proceedings being initiated.' (Code of Conduct, 2013, p. 5) Both violations, and the result of
committing a violation, seem vague in relation to the operations of the business and what instances
result in a violation. Clarification of disciplinary action such as probation, suspension, demotion,
reduction in pay could be examples depending upon the company policy that could be added to the
Code of Conduct. Additionally, justification should be added of how serious is a violation or, more
importantly what are the effects of a violation? Not only is a violation a personal consequence, but
the consequences for the company should also be included within the code–such as the company's
image to the community, customers and other stakeholders. The Code of Conduct should ultimately
relate back to the 'good of the company' as well as the risks that could include the business. Fraud,
unethical or improper behavior is strongly discouraged throughout the Code of Conduct, and very
well should be. In fact, the Code of Conduct lists nine items in which the any employee should not
do. "Most people do not respond well to a list of what not to do."

Relationship Between Nick And Morgan
Nick and Morgan walked into their third therapy session of the month and still didn't feel like it was
working. They were having communication issues and didn't know how to rekindle their
relationship in their now busy schedules. Nick and Morgan have been in a relationship for three
years. They met playing soccer and became lovers at first sight. Everything they did involved
soccer, it was basically their life. Last year Nick tore his ACL and is no longer able to play the sport
he once loved. Morgan however continued to play soccer. Since Nick wasn't able to play soccer
anymore he focused his energy on his career as a film writer. He is usually working late hours or is
out of town at a film festival getting inspiration for his work. Morgan works but hates her job. She's
jealous that Nick gets to enjoy his job and is successful at it. She is upset that she doesn't have that
same experience at her workplace as he does at his. Nick is jealous of Morgan that she gets to play
soccer every weekend while he can no longer play due to his injury. For this reason, Nick does not
attend Morgan's games to watch her play, and barely supports her at all. Nick and Morgan had very
different upbringings. While Nick grew up as an only child, Morgan has three sisters who she is still
in contact with multiple times a week. Throughout his childhood, Nick's parents were busy and
weren't very talkative so he kept to himself majority of the time. On the other hand, Morgan was

Years ago, during a rough patch in life, I started seeing a behavioral psychologist to deal with some
anxiety issues and insomnia. Part of his sessions often consisted of a guided meditation, where he
would speak to me in gentle tones while I lay on the sofa, breathing deeply. The meditations were
probably a good 20 minutes or so, and frankly, I wondered if perhaps these sessions were just a way
for my therapist to get a break from listening to my life nonsense, but I found them very relaxing
and left afterwards feeling calm and refreshed, two feelings that didn 't come naturally to me.
After one session, my therapist complimented me on my breathing. He noted that I could slow my
breath down and take very long, deep breaths that helped me reach a different state. Higher
consciousness? Maybe. Calm and relaxed? Definitely, at least during and for a bit after the
meditation. He asked if I had learned this somewhere. I told him about the years I had spent taking
Kundalini Yoga from a prominent LA teacher. It wasn 't daily

Quinton's Relationship With His Father
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (7–12)
Family Relationship
During elementary years, Quinton's mother underwent an operation for what he vaguely recalled
was a thyroid disease. He remembered praying at a church with his father for a very long time. The
emergence of faith narrative at this point suggested an intuitive–projective stage according to faith
development as proposed by Fowler (1995. Quinton's illustration demonstrated an initial awareness
of proximity seeking to God in times of distress through prayer as modelled by his father. According
to Fowler (1995), at this stage the child observes and imitates the practice of the adults' behaviour in
an intuitive manner while developing the ability to align value and logic behind their religious
practice (Fowler, 1995; Roehlkepartain et al, 2006).
Upon the arrival of his little sister who was also diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, Quinton's mother
experienced postnatal depression. The distress of his mother's emotional experience was kept away
from Quinton and his siblings' awareness. Later in his elementary years, Quinton's father was out of
work. In order to prevent their children from worrying, his dad decided to pretend going to work
everyday to keep the stressful situation away from the children's awareness. Quinton appreciated the
way his father managed the situation, "That was really nice. We didn't have all the cares of the
world" (Audio Clip B, 2:19). From an attachment perspective, the ability of his parents to

Suggestions For Improving Ares Of Motion
To: Anthony Ressler
From: Jiefu Luo
Date: March 31, 2015
Subject: Suggestions for improving Ares in Motion (A.I.M.) Initiative
Dear Mr. Ressler,
Aimed at promoting employee engagement and community relationships, Ares Management LP
launched "Ares in Motion" (A.I.M.) as a global corporate social responsibility campaign in 2011.
The program, although well received among participants, lacks a focus that would enable it to create
lasting social impact.
Studies have shown that the overwhelming majority of Americans lacks proper skills to manage
their finances. And the distribution of those Americans skews heavily to the lower income
population. According to a St. Louis Federal Reserve research, US household debt to GDP in 2014
was as high as 79%. And household debt as a percentage of disposable income looks even bleaker,
with the 2013 number being over 102%. This means, in 2013, an average American borrowed over
102 dollars for every 100 dollars he or she made. Further exacerbating the situation is the rapidly
growing income inequality that created a long–term systematic threat to social stability.
Given the severity of the underlining economic issues, Ares should help alleviate the above
mentioned problems as a responsible member of the society. Therefore, I propose that, instead of
spreading out its efforts, the firm concentrates resources on promoting of financial literacy to lower
income families through launching an educational website.

Critique Of Methods And Suggestions
Critique of Methods & Suggestions I believe that until this issue is 100% done away with, there is
always room for improvement. There are several wonderful ways in which the issue of domestic
violence is being addressed. The first method that is typically used to address intimate partner
violence is the National Domestic Violence Hotline which is in place for people experiencing
domestic abuse can call and get help for their needs. This is a very beneficial service because it
gives people the basic idea of what is going on and what is available for victims in terms of services.
I love that the people who answer the hotline phone calls are well trained in what it is they are
supposed to say rather than just being a volunteer who is on the line with no knowledge of what is
going on. It is good that they also refer callers to services close to them rather than having all of the
information on them and giving it to the caller. I realized from personal experience working with the
Domestic Violence Program that the national hotline is not always 100% accurate about the
locations that they give the callers. They give the basic vicinity of where the caller is but the
problem is that sometimes the place the caller is connected to may be far from where they are
currently located at. The National Violence against Women Act is another great tool to help stop the
occurrence of intimate partner violence. For there to be compete change, somewhere along the way
money needs to be spent to

Frankenstein: warning of the dangers of science or suggestion that the human quest for knowledge is
a noble undertaking? Human societies have come a long way from the time of hunting and
gathering. Self–sufficient and possessing high capacity for questioning what systems are currently in
place, and the astonishingly unique ability to discover solutions for problems; humankind is truly
one of a kind. This distinctive quality grants humanity the ability to innovate, improve on what
already exists, and create completely new things. In Mary Shelley's Frankenstein the main character
Victor Frankenstein does just that, by creating his monster. Delving into the pages of Frankenstein
one can discover many underlying themes such as science and morality, true monstrosity, and
human thirst for discovery. Over the years many have posed the question of whether Mary Shelley,
in writing her novel, attempted to provide a warning for future generations of the dangers pushing
the confines of science, or wanted to provide an undertone that the pursuit of knowledge is a noble
undertaking. In Mary Shelley's Frankenstein she attempts to make her audience think about the
potential that science has on humans and society as a whole. Clearly there is a message about the
human use of science in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, but due to unknown purpose of Shelley's
novel this message is a simple development of people's opinion over the course

Suggestions For Reducing Corruption Of Public Organizations
4 Suggestions for Reducing Corruption in Public Organizations Lots of factors can have effects on
the degree of government corruption, thus it need a sophisticated system to combat corruption. This
part will give some suggestions for controlling the degree of corruption to the largest extent. 4.1
Reasonably Undertaking Responsibilities The government should reasonably shoulder own
responsibilities. Considering what has been discussed above, the government with more
responsibilities would have more incentives to obtain illegal profits when the responsibilities of
government are more than the scope that the fixed incomes can meet demand. The more incentives
to obtain illegal profits, the more corrupt practices will occur in the ... Show more content on

In this context, the government can afford the responsibilities in the case of the fixed revenue. Thus,
the government corruption can be reduced to some extent. 4.2 Implementing Institutional Reform
The government should implement organizational reform in public officials, which means that the
human resource's department should cut down the redundant staff. Based on the above analysis, the
government spending will raise with the increase of government scale, the possibility of corruption
is more likely to happen. Thus, it is necessary to cut down the number of public officials, which is
the premise to reduce the degree of corruption. As Murphy (2014) suggests that the model of 'Small
Government and Big Society' is beneficial to the effectiveness of government operation. The big
scale of government largely results from the arbitrariness in government work (Aidis et al., 2012).
The arbitrariness of government could use public funds to enlarge the scale of government, because
the increase of public officials can share the workload on the former staffs. But as it stated before,
the expansion of government scale will lead to corruption. Therefore, it should strengthen the force
and effectiveness of law to manage public officials, the staffing should follow the legalized
management system. The government cannot increase the number of public officials at will, the
superior government and the public can regularly evaluate the government work and employee

Suggestions To The Teenagers
Suggestions to the Teenagers I understand perfectly what you are going through as teenagers. But
still, you have to stay strong, be positive, and never give up. It's always good to show love instead of
hatred. I know that the majority of you grew up with resentment, hatred, jealousy, and envy in your
hearts. But the best and the wise thing to do is to see how you can convert these negative feelings
into positive ones. The negative ones can only harm you, your friends, the ones you love and care
about, and the society that you are living in. It can also make you think very low of yourselves (low
self–esteem). These negative feelings can make you do things that you don't want to do.
Wrongdoing is the nature of the beast; you are no beast. Therefore, practice righteousness. Life is all
about positivity, so keep it positive. When you are a positive person, most of the time you do the
right thing. A negative person attaches himself or his life with wrongdoings (serving the devil). You
have to have determination, imagination, and inspiration. However, in order to have these three
elements in your life, you've got to be a positive person first. Don't let anybody hold you back. I
know many of you are underestimated, misunderstood, and judged by negative family members.
Some might even think that you are a failure; I know, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Let it be clear that there is no suggestion that observing someone's hardship can alone result in a

Every person deserves the right to be treated with respect and care. Often, trying to survive on the
margins of our society effectively deprives one of these basic needs. Our society often makes it
convenient to ignore and begin to dehumanize the marginalized, as opposed to being with others and
sharing in a piece of their pain and struggle. Sharing in the lives and experiences of individuals who
are at a vulnerable point in their lives may be uncomfortable. Nevertheless, bearing witness to the
cruelties of the world is of utmost importance not only for the bystander's growth and change in
perceptions or bias but for the individual herself/ himself.
To bear witness is to allow oneself to be impacted. By enveloping oneself in the unfamiliar
experience possessed by an other there is a change in both the self and the other. The observer can
be impacted in a very profound way through bearing witness. As illuminated through the previous
review of mirroring systems, the impact is not just on an idealistic level. If one bears witness often,
the neural connections to empathy strengthen, creating a real, physically measurable impact. Also,
there is immeasurable value in bearing witness to the suffering of an other, even if there is no action
that the observer can take to fix the situation. Suffering alone is a horrible fate. Simply by bearing
witness to the suffering of another, the sufferer no longer

A Summary And Suggestions Of The Bank Essay

  • 1. A Summary And Suggestions Of The Bank Essay CHAPTER 5 5.1.1 FINDINGS AND SUGGESTIONS The Bank has to do lot of work why people are still financially excluded even after 68 years of independence and design policies to ensure inclusion of the poor and disadvantaged people. The strategy could vary from village to village but all efforts should be made in this way as financial inclusion can truly lift the financial condition and standards of life of the poor and the disadvantaged people of Jammu & Kashmir. Large percentage of loans is taken by households for meeting financial emergency, medical emergency and social obligations like marriages, etc. These three purposes amount to 53% of the loans availed by the people. More than 60% of people/farmers are indebted to non–institutional sources. In case of crisis, these people find it convenient to approach non–institutional sources for their credit necessities. Financial emergencies, for instance include unforeseen expenditure on business, consumption, marriage among others, which may not be financed by banks and other institutional organizations. Need specific loans / credit schemes can attract the people towards the banking domain. In India when financial inclusion started it was just to have minimum access to bank accounts without frills. But actually financial inclusion scope is very wide it doesn't mean just to have a zero balance account. Even many account holders can't recall when they opened these accounts because these ... • 3. Analysis Of Suggestions For The Future Of Social Work Introduction Technological advancements can seem overwhelming today. Most everyone would agree that technological progress can be a good thing, but only when it brings solutions to problems. For instance, it makes us more productive, or it gives us more information more quickly than in the past. Unfortunately, there can be unintended consequences of technology that are detrimental to us. The thing that most concerns me is that we may be losing the concept of the importance of human relationships. When we bury ourselves in technology and cannot live a day, hour or even a minute without it, we can easily lose sight of interpersonal connections. Email and texting are convenient, but we sacrifice other forms of communication like body language, a tone of voice and facial expressions. An interpersonal ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... We are privileged to be invited into someone's life. We should do everything necessary to protect boundaries and protect the therapeutic relationship. Secondly, we must be diligent not to exploit the vulnerable populations we serve. "The enduring challenge in social work is to locate and walk what can be a fine line between valuable innovation that has therapeutic benefits and harmful, possibly exploitative treatment of vulnerable clients" (Reamer, 2013; p. 171). We are encouraged to be creative in finding new models and methods of meeting the needs of our clients. We must also be critical thinkers in evaluating our efforts. Good communication is essential for developing and maintaining positive relationships. We must be diligent to develop therapeutic working relationships with our clients, and we should listen in order to identify how best to serve them. Technology can make communication quick and easy, but we must exercise caution. We must always remember the importance of relationships – that human touch and interaction are mechanisms for ... • 7. Telecommuting Suggestion Report The first course of action this tech firm should take is to create a productivity report to analyze the current state of the company's workforce. It was mentioned that the organization already has fifty employees telecommuting. However, the head executives have yet to make a formalized plan. This was a large oversight that could have potentially caused a lot of tension between the two groups of employees. Although guidelines should have been created before telecommuting began, it will help show any differences between the two groups in the productivity report. A suggestion for how the report should be created and implemented would be to weigh whatever task is most important for each job and compare the performance between onsite and telecommuting staff members. Having this information will help determine if the company should even allowing working off site all together. Unfortunately, the prompt did not specify how well telecommuting had been working for the firm before asking for suggestions. Hypothetically we will say that the percentage of productivity for off site workers was equally as high as on site. A company would have a difficult time if everyone telecommutes, however, it would be wise to allow some flexibility in work schedules. The tech firm could include temporary off site work as well. For example, allowing an employee with a cold to work at home or if a deadline is pressing and a staff member works better at home. If the company executives decide to allow a ... Hope Valley Character Analysis POTENTIAL SPOILER ALERT: Typically, viewers can count on my reviews being spoiler–free, but there is a chance that I may reveal something you didn't know or hadn't heard. I try to stay away from all discussion and press about the show before I watch it, and some of you are probably like me in that respect. So if you are, I advise you to quit reading right now. However, if you are dying to know what may or may not be included in the upcoming premiere, read on. But know you have been warned. First of all, if you perused my reviews for season two, you may be surprised to hear that I wasn't always enthusiastic about that particular season. While I admired and appreciated what they did and faithfully reviewed it, I found myself missing Hope Valley, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Are these two related? Were they partners in crime? I don't sense we can trust what Aren says, and he knows enough to destroy Pastor Frank, but will he do it? Only time will tell. I thought I recognized Aren, and when I checked out his resume, I noticed a couple former works of his (Trading Christmas and A Mother's Nightmare). I remember him most from the latter of those works, but he is probably familiar to many of the viewers. We are cognizant of the fact that he is a despicable character from the beginning, but the single ladies of the town had better take heed. I am persuaded that we have not seen the last of this talented actor and his wayward character. And one of those girls who had better beware is Clara. I was ecstatic to see Eva return as I have been watching her career develop for a few years now. As she has gained more experience and finally seemed to have found her footing in this series, she is excellent as the daughter–in–law of Abigail who lost her husband the same time Abigail hers––the apalling mine ... • 13. Guidelines And Suggestions For A Recommendation Introduction Having a well–known and standard process to create a policy or procedure is crucial in an organization. The lack of one could lead to confusion and hindrance in the implementation of a potentially necessary process. In many organizations, however, there is room for improvement. Recommendations and suggestions should be encouraged, as they can aid in the success of these plans. It is not enough, though, to simply suggest improvements. Action must be taken on the suggestions, or they will likely remain unchanged. Succeeding this, once a recommendation has been implemented, and organization must implement some way of measuring the status of it. This paper focuses on the metrics Organization A uses to measure the success of a recommendation. All opinions expressed in this paper are that of the author unless otherwise specified. The policy development process in Organization A is contingent upon what department a policy affects. For example, if the Accounting department needs to develop a process that handles, for example, sending a report to a supervisor, then the procedure simply must be worked out within the department. In this example, the policy may not be written down; it may just be understood and common practice. However, if the Accounting department found the need to implement a policy that specified how all employees must handle expense reports, then this must be decided by the core business unit (BU) leaders. Nurses must do everything accordingly to practice positive time management while still providing quality care to their patients. I completed a count of the Suction pressure regulators, Suction Canisters, Suction Canister disposable sleeve, Telemetry Wires, and Oxygen regulators that we currently had on hand and recorded the results. There was a deficiency in the amount according to how many patients we needed supply for so I sat with the Unit Director after conducting the count and had her place an order to our supply company for the additional units. I proposed to relocate these supplies to an available storage space on the unit so that the supplies would be in a more centralized location. The main issues related to our supply deficit were directly contributing to poor time management in our staff members according to the information I had gathered up to this point. I believe that by relocating said supplies to a centralized location, Staff members would be able to directly go to this location and obtain all the needed emergency supplies at one time and get back to their patient. This would increase time spent providing patient care. The resources needed to implement this project were simply the supplies that were needed to be relocated. She told me she had the phone on the charger in Emily 's room since no one usually goes in there. She told me, Cody went in the back room and took the charger and the phone into the bathroom to show Emily , while she was in the tub. Miss Orbach does not know if Cody put the phone down or handed it to Lucas, but he got a hold of the phone and threw it in the tub. This is bad for Miss Orbach because she keeps the dates and times of the family appointments in her cell phone. I reminded Miss Orbach that for the first half of August she had written down all her appointments on her calendar and I had the contact information for the mentors and therapist that comes to her house, form when she had to fill out a contact form for me. Miss Orbach got the calendar and she realize most of the appointments are on the calendar. The appointments on the paper calendar just did not have all the correct times due to her continuously rescheduling appointments. Telecommuting Suggestions for Organizations Before recommending a course of action, it is useful to identify an underlying principle that is of unequivocal importance to the success of this organization. A massive portion of the organization's value lies within its members, or employees. Decisions regarding how this organization should continue forward, regarding their policies on telework, will have a major impact on many of the employees. Thus, it is crucial that whatever decision is made, the employees must feel like they have been treated fairly. If the employees perceive that their employer is treating them unfairly, they will likely engage in unproductive or even destructive, behaviors. I would like to continue deviating from the recommendation, to identify some information that one would need to collect before forming a recommendation in a real world scenario. The fact is that the organization currently has some workers teleworking and some reporting physically. One must analyze how the current business practices have affected organizational success, before worrying about what direction is best for the future. Of course, the current business practice in question, is whether employees perform better working from home or reporting to the office everyday. The answer to this question is both objective and subjective. When considering the performance of sales personnel, this is a reasonably objective question. One could simply compare the average sales between the two groups or workers. This would ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 39. Ada Leverson's Suggestion Love Is Wise In the short story "Suggestion" by Ada Leverson there is so much deceitfulness when it comes to love and people in general. Suggestion has a wide based theme where loving someone does not mean it's really true love. People often wonder what true love is. It's hard to define true love. To me, true love is a very strong emotion or feeling that you show to someone when you care for them and are willing to do anything in the world for them. In "Suggestion" there was this very weird, typically complex, deceitful character named Cissy. Cissy was the type of person that was always in someone else's business even their relationships. To relieve Irish from suffering miserable life, Swift supposes like "The remaining hundred thousand may, at a tear old, be offered in sale to the persons of quality and fortune through the kingdom" (Swift 2). Celebration of life, love and your identity. The first is "Love after Love" by Derek Walcott. This poem is about self–discovery. Walcott suggests that we spend years assuming an identity, but eventually discover who we really are – and this is like two different people meeting and making friends and sharing a meal together. Walcott presents this in terms of the love feast or Eucharist of the Christian church – "Eat...Give wine. Give bread." Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... As this route is too boring and predictable for this newfound liberated mind. The first line in "Love.." is, "The time will come When, with elation, You will greet yourself arriving, at your own door," a line foretelling that eventually you will recognise who you are. Whether this will take a mirror or whether a person will realise who they really are through their own head and deep inside their own souls. It also suggests that you shouldn't care about others opinions with the line " in your own mirror.." which makes you wonder "How do I see myself?" which I thought could be trying to question basic human ideas, why do people look at who they are in the first person, why is the person whose eyes they see through them?! What makes them that individual? The answers here are clear, a love for life, for one's self and what they feel within their soul. Both poems, I felt used techniques to suggest being unique. For example, In "This Room" the author uses extensive use of caesura, using punctuation in the middle of a line, and enjambment, a technique by which you don't use normal punctuation at the end of each sentence, thus creating a flowing and textured piece of poetry. With these techniques, Dharker has created flowing text, I think that this might be a suggestion that life flows quickly and that you should take advantage of it

Part of his sessions often consisted of a guided meditation, where he would speak to me in gentle tones while I lay on the sofa, breathing deeply. The meditations were probably a good 20 minutes or so, and frankly, I wondered if perhaps these sessions were just a way for my therapist to get a break from listening to my life nonsense, but I found them very relaxing and left afterwards feeling calm and refreshed, two feelings that didn 't come naturally to me. After one session, my therapist complimented me on my breathing. He noted that I could slow my breath down and take very long, deep breaths that helped me reach a different state. Higher consciousness? Maybe. Calm and relaxed? Definitely, at least during and for a bit after the meditation. He asked if I had learned this somewhere. I told him about the years I had spent taking Kundalini Yoga from a prominent LA teacher. It wasn 't daily ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 58. Quinton's Relationship With His Father ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (7–12) Family Relationship During elementary years, Quinton's mother underwent an operation for what he vaguely recalled was a thyroid disease. He remembered praying at a church with his father for a very long time. The emergence of faith narrative at this point suggested an intuitive–projective stage according to faith development as proposed by Fowler (1995. Quinton's illustration demonstrated an initial awareness of proximity seeking to God in times of distress through prayer as modelled by his father. According to Fowler (1995), at this stage the child observes and imitates the practice of the adults' behaviour in an intuitive manner while developing the ability to align value and logic behind their religious practice (Fowler, 1995; Roehlkepartain et al, 2006). Upon the arrival of his little sister who was also diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, Quinton's mother experienced postnatal depression. The distress of his mother's emotional experience was kept away from Quinton and his siblings' awareness. Later in his elementary years, Quinton's father was out of work. In order to prevent their children from worrying, his dad decided to pretend going to work everyday to keep the stressful situation away from the children's awareness. Quinton appreciated the way his father managed the situation, "That was really nice. We didn't have all the cares of the world" (Audio Clip B, 2:19). From an attachment perspective, the ability of his parents to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 62. Suggestions For Improving Ares Of Motion To: Anthony Ressler From: Jiefu Luo Date: March 31, 2015 Subject: Suggestions for improving Ares in Motion (A.I.M.) Initiative Dear Mr. Ressler, Aimed at promoting employee engagement and community relationships, Ares Management LP launched "Ares in Motion" (A.I.M.) as a global corporate social responsibility campaign in 2011. The program, although well received among participants, lacks a focus that would enable it to create lasting social impact. Studies have shown that the overwhelming majority of Americans lacks proper skills to manage their finances. And the distribution of those Americans skews heavily to the lower income population. According to a St. Louis Federal Reserve research, US household debt to GDP in 2014 was as high as 79%. And household debt as a percentage of disposable income looks even bleaker, with the 2013 number being over 102%. This means, in 2013, an average American borrowed over 102 dollars for every 100 dollars he or she made. Further exacerbating the situation is the rapidly growing income inequality that created a long–term systematic threat to social stability. Given the severity of the underlining economic issues, Ares should help alleviate the above mentioned problems as a responsible member of the society. Therefore, I propose that, instead of spreading out its efforts, the firm concentrates resources on promoting of financial literacy to lower income families through launching an educational website. • 64. Critique Of Methods And Suggestions Critique of Methods & Suggestions I believe that until this issue is 100% done away with, there is always room for improvement. There are several wonderful ways in which the issue of domestic violence is being addressed. The first method that is typically used to address intimate partner violence is the National Domestic Violence Hotline which is in place for people experiencing domestic abuse can call and get help for their needs. This is a very beneficial service because it gives people the basic idea of what is going on and what is available for victims in terms of services. I love that the people who answer the hotline phone calls are well trained in what it is they are supposed to say rather than just being a volunteer who is on the line with no knowledge of what is going on. It is good that they also refer callers to services close to them rather than having all of the information on them and giving it to the caller. I realized from personal experience working with the Domestic Violence Program that the national hotline is not always 100% accurate about the locations that they give the callers. They give the basic vicinity of where the caller is but the problem is that sometimes the place the caller is connected to may be far from where they are currently located at. The National Violence against Women Act is another great tool to help stop the occurrence of intimate partner violence. For there to be compete change, somewhere along the way money needs to be spent to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Matthew Tripp Susan Sibbach English IV 11 December, 2015 Frankenstein: warning of the dangers of science or suggestion that the human quest for knowledge is a noble undertaking? Human societies have come a long way from the time of hunting and gathering. Self–sufficient and possessing high capacity for questioning what systems are currently in place, and the astonishingly unique ability to discover solutions for problems; humankind is truly one of a kind. This distinctive quality grants humanity the ability to innovate, improve on what already exists, and create completely new things. In Mary Shelley's Frankenstein the main character Victor Frankenstein does just that, by creating his monster. Delving into the pages of Frankenstein one can discover many underlying themes such as science and morality, true monstrosity, and human thirst for discovery. Over the years many have posed the question of whether Mary Shelley, in writing her novel, attempted to provide a warning for future generations of the dangers pushing the confines of science, or wanted to provide an undertone that the pursuit of knowledge is a noble undertaking. In Mary Shelley's Frankenstein she attempts to make her audience think about the potential that science has on humans and society as a whole. Clearly there is a message about the human use of science in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, but due to unknown purpose of Shelley's novel this message is a simple development of people's opinion over the course ... Suggestions For Reducing Corruption Of Public Organizations 4 Suggestions for Reducing Corruption in Public Organizations Lots of factors can have effects on the degree of government corruption, thus it need a sophisticated system to combat corruption. This part will give some suggestions for controlling the degree of corruption to the largest extent. 4.1 Reasonably Undertaking Responsibilities The government should reasonably shoulder own responsibilities. In this context, the government can afford the responsibilities in the case of the fixed revenue. Thus, the government corruption can be reduced to some extent. 4.2 Implementing Institutional Reform The government should implement organizational reform in public officials, which means that the human resource's department should cut down the redundant staff. Based on the above analysis, the government spending will raise with the increase of government scale, the possibility of corruption is more likely to happen. Thus, it is necessary to cut down the number of public officials, which is the premise to reduce the degree of corruption. As Murphy (2014) suggests that the model of 'Small Government and Big Society' is beneficial to the effectiveness of government operation. The big scale of government largely results from the arbitrariness in government work (Aidis et al., 2012). The arbitrariness of government could use public funds to enlarge the scale of government, because the increase of public officials can share the workload on the former staffs. But as it stated before, the expansion of government scale will lead to corruption. Therefore, it should strengthen the force and effectiveness of law to manage public officials, the staffing should follow the legalized management system. The government cannot increase the number of public officials at will, the superior government and the public can regularly evaluate the government work and employee ... • 70. Suggestions To The Teenagers Suggestions to the Teenagers I understand perfectly what you are going through as teenagers. But still, you have to stay strong, be positive, and never give up. It's always good to show love instead of hatred. I know that the majority of you grew up with resentment, hatred, jealousy, and envy in your hearts. But the best and the wise thing to do is to see how you can convert these negative feelings into positive ones. The negative ones can only harm you, your friends, the ones you love and care about, and the society that you are living in. It can also make you think very low of yourselves (low self–esteem). These negative feelings can make you do things that you don't want to do. Wrongdoing is the nature of the beast; you are no beast. Therefore, practice righteousness. Life is all about positivity, so keep it positive. When you are a positive person, most of the time you do the right thing. A negative person attaches himself or his life with wrongdoings (serving the devil). You have to have determination, imagination, and inspiration. However, in order to have these three elements in your life, you've got to be a positive person first. Don't let anybody hold you back. I know many of you are underestimated, misunderstood, and judged by negative family members. Some might even think that you are a failure; I know, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Through seeing the life others live and witnessing the specific struggles they encounter, one cannot claim familiarity. What is being proposed, is that if our acquired knowledge of the brain has illuminated something about empathy, then it would be reckless as citizens and as scientists to not use this information to try harder. Every person deserves the right to be treated with respect and care. Often, trying to survive on the margins of our society effectively deprives one of these basic needs. Our society often makes it convenient to ignore and begin to dehumanize the marginalized, as opposed to being with others and sharing in a piece of their pain and struggle. Sharing in the lives and experiences of individuals who are at a vulnerable point in their lives may be uncomfortable. Nevertheless, bearing witness to the cruelties of the world is of utmost importance not only for the bystander's growth and change in perceptions or bias but for the individual herself/ himself. To bear witness is to allow oneself to be impacted. By enveloping oneself in the unfamiliar experience possessed by an other there is a change in both the self and the other. The observer can be impacted in a very profound way through bearing witness. As illuminated through the previous review of mirroring systems, the impact is not just on an idealistic level. If one bears witness often, the neural connections to empathy strengthen, creating a real, physically measurable impact. Also, there is immeasurable value in bearing witness to the suffering of an other, even if there is no action that the observer can take to fix the situation. Suffering alone is a horrible fate. Simply by bearing witness to the suffering of another, the sufferer no longer ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
