different extensions.
• Serving the public requesting information giving the required orientation.
• Record book of daily monitoring calls made and received.
• Maintain control of long distance and local calls by record number of calls.
• Record messages to different people in the organization.
Head of Human Resources: responsible for procuring the provision,
maintenance, guidance, development and human resource decoupling in order to
optimize the level of working life in the organization and get a continuous
improvement when it comes to this area.
Function:
Keep complete records staff and updated in relation to sick leave, absenteeism,
contract updates, promotion, seniority, replacements, control fees, etc.
• Liquidate the staff salaries and bonuses as well as the sales staff commissions.
• To receive, register and process medical staff leave the organization.
• Manage the monthly budget per diem keeping track of the cancellation of the
same accordingly.
Head of Accounting: Responsible for managing and controlling the accounts of
the organization. You must control it properly with the accounting records and their
backups. In addition, it is responsible for the preparation of financial reports and
statistics that is necessary
Function:
• Manage current accounts of customers and suppliers of the organization.
• Perform collection management via telephone, mail or personal.
• To prepare checks for payment to suppliers.
• Prepare financial reports required periodically.
• Prepare specific reports necessary to the Presidency, Executive Manager or
Financial Management.
Operations Coordinator: is responsible for coordinating the operational area of
the organization.
Function:
• Coordinate and manage operational activities within the organization.
• Conduct monthly audits on the performance of their staff.
• Provide advice to the staff in your area.
• Design training programs as regards operational processes.
• Train staff entering the process area so that they can perform the job assigned.
• Make the process of recruiting staff for your area.
• Prepare reports requested by the Commercial and Operations.
• Analyze everything related to the operations department evaluating whether the
objectives have been met, the cause of imbalances and possible corrective
measures.
• Supervise the activities of the staff process area.
• Perform other duties as the Director of Sales and Operations assigned.
Sales coordinator: it is responsible for coordinating the sales of the organization
Function:
• Coordinate and manage the commercial activities within the organization.
• Conduct audits of the sales staff.
• Conduct the personnel selection process in your area.
• Design training programs as regards business processes.
• Schedule visits to customers by offering services provided by the company.
• Assign customers to different vendors for tracking sales.
• Prepare the report annual sales of the organization.
