The Young Foundation has adapted the format of the groundbreaking programme Faking It, to develop a two-week, intensive, holistic, practically based course. It creates more open‐minded attitudes and enhanced social skills. Through technical skills training, personal development sessions and one-to-one coaching, participants aged 18 to 25 are pushed to better themselves to the point where they can ‘fake it’ as professionals.
