Our PS VP TTW often jokes the WW Education team is the largest NGO in a corporation in existence, because we focus on offering our tools for free or very low cost in education.
This is because -Our need for highly skilled people – societal needs – e-Skills job figures. Quality Education is an inoculation against unemployment.
Digital inclusion model – 1:1 programs benefit education, but also huge knock on benefits on society. Better edu = less crime,, better health… Every country can achieve cost savings.

The human element: key role of teacher training. 50% teachers say they have insufficient training in ICT – so many of your children will be in classes where teachers don’t feel they have the skills they need. Often it’s not about the tech itself but the pedagogy: successful teachers will step back and empower students. We train millions of teachers WW, as well as identifying innovative educactors to share their stories and encourage peer learning (Tell Ray Chambers story about Minecraft)
