Leader – Rating, (Export Documentation:-U.S.), TR-Filing (U.S. and Canada), Service
Contracts (RONA/ROBR/ROCL) Regions.
Global Shared Service Canter: GSSC is providing the services to the Liner, Corporate/Regoinal Offices,
Agencies established globally by CSAV.
Team Leader :- (Sept’14-Jun’2015)
i] Operational Efficiency
• Managing a team of 14 team members indulge in three different processes for the
Region U.S and Canada, ensuring timely delivery and meeting (Time (TAT), Quality,
productivity, log in hours etc) and targets.
• Managing Service Delivery.
ii] Production Planning (Operations/Resource Planning)
• To co-ordinate between the team and the Regional Office/Agency in U.S and Canada.
• Strategy for daily / FTE deficit / surplus.
• Manage resource – utilization to meet daily/weekly/monthly/annual production targets.
iii] Production Reporting
• Generation of effective daily, weekly and monthly MIS on the production for decision-
making.
• Communicate production performance reports to Management.
Iv] Innovation / People: Personal Excellence
• Encouraging and promoting teamwork and company vision.
• Coaching and providing feedback to the team members.
• Conduct periodic and annual performance reviews for all direct reports.

The Key Result Areas (Service Contracts creation)
• Ensuring that all the Contract’s are produced/created as per request received from the
Customers, complying all parameters of the Line and different Customs regulations.
• Verifying revision requests received from customers (Analyzing internal or external
error) and proceed accordingly.
• To ensure that a proper Proof reading (Quality Check) of each Contract is done in
accordance to the requested file to avoid any kind of discrepancies that could lead to
Custom penalties.
• Ensuring proper backups (Proof copies) are taken and stored in the shared folders.
• Looking after the Contracts creations Generic Email ID.
• Taking care of Escalations to RONA of Export Documentation.
The Key Result Areas (Rating)
• Verifying the BLs produced by BL production team that it is prepared in accordance with
Customs regulations.
• Verifying the Service Contracts applied by BL Production team.
• Searching for correct Service Contracts in AFLS (Pricing Tool) and verifying all the details
with the information already applied on BL.
• Putting surcharges on the BLs produced as per the Service Contract applied.
• Coordinating with Pricing for any Rate discrepancy.
The Key Result Areas (BL Quality)
• Ensuring all the BL’s are produced as per the Instructions received from the Customers,
complying with all parameters of the Line and different Customs regulations.
• To ensure smooth flow of information within the yield through output process applying
various qualitative and quantitative measures.
Senior Executive:- (Dec 2011-Aug 2014)
To Work in Documentation Administration Department as Senior Executive (Quality Analyst) for
US Trade RONA region.
• Ensure complete documentation of all standard operating procedures of activities within
the team to achieve audit compliance.
• Provide Process training and support to the new employees.
• Responsible for the best service provided to the customer by successfully following the
Contract data quality.
• Coordinate with the International agencies to complete the contracts.
