CAREER OBJECTIVE
To take up a challenging career in the field of IT Audits (SOX Compliance
Testing),Investment Banking and Export Import Logistics and be a part of a

Description:
Through the testing mechanism, the tester evaluates if the key control points are operating as
designed.
Work Profile:
• Review and understand the Key Control Point (KCP) and related testing plan.
• Perform testing on samples and record results timely.
• Identify any defects and record results.
• Assist with root cause and risk analysis as required.
• Perform remediation testing when required.
• Maintain supporting documentation & ensure the results are updated in WWBCIT.
• Look for inaccurate or incomplete controls and test plans.

INVEST BANKING OPERATIONS.

Designation : Senior Process Executive
SG GSC is a captive unit of Societe Generale, France, which provided IT & IT enabled
services within the SG group.
Successfully transitioned 3 new processes Off-shored to SG GSC is “Project Planning
Unified System” (PPLUS) “Project Management Office (PMO) for Asia Pac” and
“Procurement for Asia Pac”.
PPLUS is a tool used for planning a project and time tracking on the time spent on the
tasks/subtasks of the activity.
Work Profile:
• Resource-User Management in PPLUS
• Troubleshooting on the PPLUS issues faced by Users or Managers,
• End of Month Process (monitoring & control of time spent in the month),
• Generating Monthly report using PPLUS report pack (time spent on each activity with
various views are sent to ITEC Asia Pac EXCOs).
Project Management Office (PMO)
Work Profile:
• Regular interaction with the clients on PMO of Asia Pac Project Initiations and
Validation on the project bases.
• Always make sure that the day-to-day operation of project documents are completed
smoothly.
• Focus keenly on the project approval with fully transparency
• Generation of monthly reports (cost/budget-deliverables dates-issues).
Procurement for Asia Pac has been part of the procurement team at SG GSC,
responsible for the deliveries and certain highly critical tasks.
Work Profile:
• Creation of Purchase Orders (P.O.) for all kinds of Purchases like IT equipments,
Telecom invoices made in our Asia Pac Offices.
• Cost allocation of Telecom Invoices to the various department based on their usage.
• Providing management report & analysis toward the telecom and IT costs & changes
in the same on monthly basis.
• Generating many other ad-hoc reports as requested on a regular basis by the client.
• Being responsible for the quality of the PO’s and report from the Bangalore
Procurement office, which consists of 2FTE’s.
• Generating Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the process on a monthly basis to
check the level of accuracy in meeting the SLA’s.
Achievement:
 Independently managed the entire process within 2 months of joining and
ensured that all the KPI’s were met.
 Singled handedly transitioned process for Asia Pac region.
 Transitioned the Globalization project from Hong Kong.
 Successfully been trained on new up gradation on ITPO tool from Hong Kong
and was implemented on the same in India.
 Achieved 98% accuracy from the second month of Inception and have
maintained the same.
 Provided suggestions in process improvements.
 Train the new team members when the workload increased.
 Facilitated with the “Certificate of Star Performance” for the month of August
2006.
 Successfully completed 3 appraisal cycles with the positive outcome.

team with way bill details and chase for the payment based on shipment and close the
documents.
