Job Requirements:
Seeking a self-motivated, well-organized, problem-solving manager with
experience. Responsibilities will include the integration of quality assurance,
customer relations, and operational excellence into cohesive, unified delivery of
reliable cleaning service. Potential within the company to move into higher levels
of responsibility is unlimited for the person who can do this. The ideal candidate
will meet the following requirments:
-‐ Do you have 3+ years cleaning experience (relevant jobs: janitor,
housekeeper, hotel cleaning staff, etc.)?
-‐ Do you have 2+ years managing daily operations of a professional
cleaning crew with responsibility for scheduling work; developing and
maintaining customer relations; managing staff hands-on (i.e., "isn't afraid
to get dirty" in times of need) and operational logistics (supplies, payroll,
etc.)?
-‐ Do you have sound technical operations experience (sales, basic
budgeting, and supply management)?
-‐ Do you have a track record of excellent self-management (i.e., reliable,
excellent service in conditions of limited direct oversight)?
-‐ Do you take pride in delivering excellent service to customers?
-‐ Do you have a reputation for doing a great job with integrity and
commitment?
