A- Audience
My students, consisting of a group of 2nd grade students ranging in age from 7-8. There are 13 girls and
8 boys, and all students could be considered Caucasian.
B- Behavior
My students will create a QR that contains both a multiplication and division problem. They will then
post the QR to the class twitter page.
C- Conditions
Students will engage in the twitter assignment by completing all QR math problems that are placed on
the class twitter page correctly.
D- Degree
Students will complete all QR math problems that were placed on the class twitter account with 100%
2. accuracy.
Select Methods, Media, and Material:
Since my students have access to computers and the internet, they will be using a QR creator to
complete this assignment. Each student will create a QR that contains both a Multiplication and Division
Problem. All the students will place their completed QR’s on the classroom twitter page. Students will
then complete all QR’s posted to the twitter page for homework and will bring the answers in on
Monday.
Utilize Media and Materials:
Before the students start their assignment, I will first go over how to use a QR creator. QR creators will
more than likely be a new skill to them. I will explain how to use and create a QR and then explain that
they will need to make one that contains two math problems.
Require Learner Participation:
Students will need to work alone during this assignment. They may start on this assignment while they
are in class but if they do not complete it it will also be homework. All QR’s need to be posted to the
Twitter page by Sunday morning. They will also need to post their QR’s to the class Facebook page to
use for a later assignment.
Evaluate and Revise:
To evaluate the students, I will check the Twitter page for each student’s post of their QR. I will also
be looking at the QR’S to ensure that all requirements are met and will then be checking their
completed homework on Monday morning.
