Asia and other parts of the world. This paper mainly discusses the RFID applications in the traffic management, various other road related issues. The
implementations of RFID technology has reduced fatality rates and also help us monitor traffic, parking and speed violations across the country. This
monitoring of the traffic is commonly called as intelligent transportation systems (ITS).
It is possible to operate parking areas without manpower by using RFID technologies. Check–ins and check–outs will be handled by this technology

Various investigation show that driver's drowsiness is one of the main cause of road accidents. The development of technology for preventing
drowsiness at the time is a major challenge in the field of accidents avoidance. The advance in computing technology has provided the means for
building intelligent vehicle system. The purpose of this study is to detect the drowsiness in driver to prevent accidents and to improve safety on the
highway. The aim of this project is to design an Accident Prevention System which helps in preventing or avoiding accidents.
A real time face detection is implemented to locate driver's face region. A method of detecting drowsiness in drivers developed by using a camera
that points directly towards the driver face and capture for the video. As a detection method, the system uses image processing technology using
MATLAB to analysis images of the driver face taken with the help of video camera. The captured video is done, it is converted into numbers of
frame of face and monitoring of the face region and eyes in order to detect drowsiness. The system is able to monitoring eyes and determine whether
the eyes are in an open or closed. This detection system provides a non–contact technique for judging various level of alertness and facilitates early
detection of a decline in alertness during driving.

1. Abstract
This paper presents some background briefing, implantation, ethical responsibility, and action plan of FMS design plan. FMS is a model purposely
designed to detect and measure fatigue variables, i.e., blinking rate, yawning rate and head tilt for fatigue predictions. In addition, FMS will establish
a crude estimate of fatigue and warns the user if a threshold has been exceeded. This FMS will provide real–time measurements of fatigue which, if
integrated with good risk management practice, will result in reduced and controlled recurrence of serious safety incidents. The focus the project is to
understand and appreciate the essential components in designing successful and commercially viable device. This system employs non–invasive
electrodes which are positioned specifically for each of blinking and yawning tests in order to attain electrocardiogram signals accordingly. FMS is
also able to detect head nodding patterns via a gyro sensor specifically located to monitor axial coordination of head.

So we can learn how the arduino hardware is wired and how the LabVIEW Interface for Arduino (LIFA) works. The Labview interface for Arduino is
a vi based API that was written and distributed by national instruments. The code also includes and Arduino embedded program which must be
downloaded to the device. The program which runs on the Arduino, responds to commands sent on the USB bus from the LabVIEW program. It then
sends back data to the the computer via the USB. The LabVIEW VIs provided, allow you to read back the analog inputs, control the digital IO lines
and use several other features of the Arduino hardware.

As a nation we must never overlook any threat. With groups like ISIS and other terror groups we must always be vigilant. One area where we must pay
close attention is within our nation's critical infrastructures. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has identified 16 critical infrastructure sectors.
These sectors assets, systems, and networks are considered so vital to our nation that their destruction or incapacitation would cause grave harm to our
national security, economic security, and public health or safety (Critical Infrastructure Sectors, 2016). To better realize this areas importance we will
look at the top three vulnerable sectors.
#1. Communication Sector This sector is an integral component to your nation's economy, operations of all businesses, as well as public and
government organizations. In addition, this sector is mainly operated by the private sector (Critical Infrastructure Sectors, 2016). These reasons are
why I feel this sector is most vulnerable for attack. With the majority of the sector ran by private companies and the critical nature of this sector makes
it a prime area for attack. The chaos which would ensue due an attack on this sector could be devastating. With the loss of communication our nation
could not function.

We each logged our time in our perspective log books, showing the time driven, time spent in the sleeper berth, and time on duty but not driving,
as individuals. We were required to keep our log book up to date. D.O.T. Regulations state that a truck driver can drive a total of 11 hours during a
14 consecutive hour period. The driver must take a 10 hour break once they have bee on duty for 14 hours according to the Customs Federal
Regulations (CFR). (49 CFR 395.9(a)(1)). At any given time, a D.O.T. Officer, State Trooper, or any type of Law Enforcement could ask to check
the log book. If the driver has been operating the vehicle for more than the allotted 11 hours, they would be in violation of the regulation and deemed
