• Electrical Distribution systems using Voltage 13.8 KV in Generator and for main
Busbar, 13.8 KV / 2.4 KV for distribution, 2.4 KV / 440 V for Motors, 440V / 220V for
lighting, MOV etc, 125 VDC for DCS/PLC Power Supply.
• Demineralizing Units :
Carbon Filters, Cation/Anion Exchanger, Mixbed Polisher and Neutralizer Tank.

2. • Monitoring and Operating Utilities equipment.
• Carries out daily inspection of plant and equipment to ensure all production assets
are available and operated in a normal operations, in line with agreed plant operating
philosophies and in line with current Production Procedures.
• Good work in the team of 6 Field Operators, 2 Control Room Operators, 1 Field
Leader Operator, 1 Operations Foreman and 1 Senior Operations Foreman to meet
the day to day requirements of the jobs.
• The activities during routine operation, Plant start up, shutdown and emergency
situation to ensure targets are achieved. Identifies source of problem and initiates
corrective actions during periods of unstable operation.
• Participates commissioning and Start Up of new equipment and facilities.
• Report to Senior Operation Foreman on daily activities and work progress.
• Take work procedures and Permit to work instructions from leader during
maintenance and other activities within area of responsibility including detailed
complex preparation of equipment to carry out specialized activities.
• Take effective action in accordance with established Health, Safety and Environment
Regulations to control emergencies and contain hazards with in area of responsibility
in close cooperation with Senior Operation Foreman.
• Interface with maintenance staff to cooperation breakdown/routine maintenance
work in facilities and plants to ensure minimum deferment of production. Participates
in Overhaul and Plant Turn Around Maintenance activities.
