Kantilal Makwana 
 Ms. Kantilal G. Makwana serves as the 
deputy engineer in civil department 
and member in government Job. 
 Ms. Kantilal joined the civil engineering 
In 2005.
CONTRIBUTOR: 
Here Presents Some Of His Experience From Past: 
 The most thing is you must complicated your pending work. 
then you can spare your time for new issue. So my motto is no pending 
Work. 
 I face my challenge as an opportunities . without challenges no one 
Can face any problems.
CONTRIBUTOR… 
 My job satisfaction is not only my internal satisfaction, external. I mean so 
above both is necessary for a successful employee. 
 Sometimes in My carrier I have faced Problem Like Wise My juniors are not 
working according to My Expectations .So I advice Them with my experience. 
It is not always convert them all juniors work as per my style.so I try to work 
as per the challenges.
CONTRIBUTOR… 
 My first try is to work for my organization. I give best of my experience so 
that I can be satisfied. The organization is working for society so that my 
contribution indirectly goes to society. 
 My organizations setup was fixed as 10 employees but in present situation 
I only handle this organization. So it was very hard for me but I spare my 
time & also applied computerizes utilization & I now successed & that way 
I overcome the “fear of failure”
CONTRIBUTOR… 
Short term vision: 
my short term vision is to handle important issued as per 
demand . I give priority to the problems immediate attention. 
Long term vision: 
I basically work for my long term vision. It is only vision to work 
for lifetime . I work sustanceable as per schedule for up gradation & 
satisfaction.
CONTRIBUTOR… 
My message or advice for the future engineers: 
message to new engineer is that they have to face more critical problems & 
they have time. 
-all fresh engineer must use their time as per schedule. Also advise to become 
self oriented . Do not depend on other. You can do anything just try it again 
try it & you will be successed.
