2. Udhiyah: Its meaning and definition
:ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ
.ھﻲ: ﻣﺎ ﯾﺬﺑﺢ ﻣﻦ ﺑﮭﯿﻤﺔ اﻷﻧﻌﺎم أﯾﺎم ﻋﯿﺪ اﻷﺿﺤﻰ ﺗﻘ ﱡﺑ ً ﷲ
ﺮﺎ
Udhiyah refers to the animal (Camel, Cattle or Sheep) that is
sacrificed as an act of worship to Allah, during the period from
after the Eid prayer on the Day of Nahr (Eid al-Adha) until the
last day of Tashreeq (the 13th day of Dhul-Hijjah), with the
intention of offering sacrifice.

3. اﻷدﻟﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﯿﺘﮭﺎ:
ﯾﺪل ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﯿﺘﮭﺎ ﻣﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ:
1- اﻷدﻟﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻜﺘﺎب اﻟﻌﺰﯾﺰ:
ﻗﻮﻟﮫ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ "ﻓﺼ ﱢ ﻟﺮﺑﻚ واﻧﺤﺮ" ﻓﻘﺪ ﻓﺴﺮھﺎ اﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺎس رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﻋﻨﮭﻤﺎ ﺑﻘﻮﻟﮫ: واﻟﻨﺤﺮ:

اﻟﻨﺴﻚ واﻟﺬﺑﺢ ﯾﻮم اﻷﺿﺤﻰ، وﻋﻠﯿﮫ ﺟﻤﮭﻮر اﻟﻤﻔﺴﺮﯾﻦ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺣﻜﺎه اﺑﻦ اﻟﺠﻮزي ﻓﻲ زاد
اﻟﻤﺴﯿﺮ )942/9(.
ﻗﺎل ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ : } َ ِ ُ ﱢ ُ ﱠ ٍ َ َﻠْ َﺎ َﻨ َﻜ ً ِ َﺬْ ُ ُوا اﺳْ َ اﻟﱠ ِ َ َﻰ َﺎ َ َ َ ُﻢ ﱢﻦ َ ِﯿ َ ِ اﻟْ َﻧْ َﺎ ِ {
ﻢ ﻠﮫ ﻋﻠ ﻣ رزﻗﮭ ﻣ ﺑﮭ ﻤﺔ ﺄ ﻌ م
وﻟﻜﻞ أﻣﺔ ﺟﻌ ﻨ ﻣ ﺴ ﺎ ﻟﯿ ﻛﺮ

{We have appointed a sacrificial slaughter or the site for such [a ritual], that they might

4. 2-اﻷدﻟﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ:
ﯾﺪل ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﯿﺘﮭﺎ ﻣﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ:
أ- ﺣﺪﯾﺚ أﻧﺲ رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﻋﻨﮫ ﻗﺎل: " ﺿﺤﻰ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢ ﺑﻜﺒﺸﯿﻦ أﻣﻠﺤﯿﻦ،
ﻓﺮأﯾﺘﮫ واﺿﻌ ً ﻗﺪﻣﮫ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻔﺎﺣﮭﻤﺎ ﯾﺴﻤﻲ وﯾﻜ ﱢﺮ ﻓﺬﺑﺤﮭﻤﺎ ﺑﯿﺪه " ﻣﺘﻔﻖ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ

ب- ﻋﻦ أم ﺳﻠﻤﺔ رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﻋﻨﮭﺎ أن اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢ ﻗﺎل: " إذا دﺧﻠﺖ اﻟﻌﺸﺮ
وأراد أﺣﺪﻛﻢ أن ﯾﻀﺤﻲ ﻓﻼ ﯾﻤﺲ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻌﺮه وﺑﺸﺮه ﺷﯿﺌﺎ " ﻣﺴﻠﻢ )2325(.
If the ten entered and one of you wanted to sacrifice, he should not take from his hair and nails
ج- ﻋﻦ اﻟﺒﺮاء ﺑﻦ ﻋﺎزب رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﻋﻨﮫ أن اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳّﻢ ﻗﺎل: »ﻣﻦ ذﺑﺢ ﺑﻌﺪ

اﻟﺼﻼة ﻓﻘﺪ ﺗﻢ ﻧﺴﻜﮫ وأﺻﺎب ﺳﻨﺔ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ«. رواه اﻟﺒﺨﺎري)5225( .

5. 3- اﻹﺟﻤﺎع:
وﻗﺪ أﺟﻤﻊ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎء ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﯿﺘﮭﺎ، ﻛﻤﺎ ﺣﻜﺎه اﺑﻦ ﻗﺪاﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﻐﻨﻲ )59/11(، واﺧﺘﻠﻔﻮا
ﻓﻲ ﺣﻜﻤﮭﺎ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺳﯿﺄﺗﻲ. The scholars agreed upon its legitimacy
ﺣﻜﻤﮭﺎ:
اﺧﺘﻠﻒ أھﻞ اﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻜﻤﮭﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻗﻮﻟﯿﻦ:
اﻟﻘﻮل اﻷول: اﻟﺠﻤﮭﻮر إﻟﻰ أﻧﮭﺎ ﺳﻨﺔ ﻣﺆﻛﺪة، واﺳﺘﺪﻟﻮا ﺑﻤﺎ ﯾﻠﻲ: Confirmed Sunnah
1- ﺣﺪﯾﺚ أم ﺳﻠﻤﺔ رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﻋﻨﮭﺎ أن اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢ ﻗﺎل: "إذا دﺧﻠﺖ اﻟﻌﺸﺮ
وأراد أﺣﺪﻛﻢ أن ﯾﻀﺤﻲ ﻓﻼ ﯾﻤﺲ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻌﺮه وﺑﺸﺮه ﺷﯿﺌﺎ" ﻣﺴﻠﻢ )2325(.

ووﺟﮭﺔ اﻟﺪﻻﻟﺔ: ﻗﻮﻟﮫ )أراد( ﻓﺘﻌﻠﯿﻖ اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻹرادة دﻟﯿﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪم اﻟﻮﺟﻮب.
His saying (wanted) this an evidence that sacrifice not obligatory

8. * واﻟﺤﻜﻤﺔ ﻓﻲ ھﺬا اﻟﻨﮭﻲ أن اﻟﻤﻀﺤﻲ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺷﺎرك اﻟﺤﺎج ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌﺾ أﻋﻤﺎل اﻟﻨﺴﻚ وھﻮ اﻟﺘﻘﺮب
إﻟﻰ اﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﺑﺬﺑﺢ اﻟﻘﺮﺑﺎن ﺷﺎرﻛﮫ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺧﺼﺎﺋﺺ اﻹﺣﺮام ﻣﻦ اﻹﻣﺴﺎك ﻋﻦ اﻟﺸﻌﺮ
.وﻧﺤﻮه
Scholars mention that the wisdom behind this prohibition is so that he
(The Sacrificer) may resemble those in Ihraam in some aspects of the
rituals and the one who sacrifice may draw nearer to ALLH by
offering his sacrifice. "...and do not shave your heads until the Hadei
(sacrifice) reaches the place of sacrifice...”

9. * إن اﺣﺘﺎج اﻟﻤﻀﺤﻲ إﻟﻲ اﻷﺧﺬ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸﻌﺮ أو اﻟﻈﻔﺮ ﻟﻀﺮورة ﺟﺎز ذﻟﻚ وﻻ ﺷﻲء ﻋﻠﯿﮫ ، ﻣﺜﻞ
أن ﯾﻨﻜﺴﺮ ﻇﻔﺮه ﻓﯿﺆذﯾﮫ ، أو ﯾﻨﺰل اﻟﺸﻌﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﯿﻨﯿﮫ أو ﯾﻨﺒﺖ اﻟﺸﻌﺮ داﺧﻞ اﻟﺠﻔﻦ أو ﯾﺤﺘﺎج
.إﻟﻰ ﻗﺼﮫ ﻟﻤﺪاوة ﺟﺮح وﻧﺤﻮه
If the sacrifice needed to take of hair or nail, it is jaizz (permissible)
and nothing on him, such as broken nail and harming him, or hair going
down over his eyes or hair grows inside the eyelid or needs to cut to
treat wound and the like.
:ھﻞ ﯾﻤﺴﻚ أھﻞ اﻟﺒﯿﺖ
أھﻞ اﻟﺒﯿﺖ ﻻ ﯾﻠﺰﻣﮭﻢ اﻹﻣﺴﺎك، وإﻧﻤﺎ ﯾﻠﺰم اﻹﻣﺴﺎك ﺻﺎﺣﺐ اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ وھﻮ اﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮي ﻟﮭﺎ وﻣﻦ
.ﯾﺮﯾﺪ اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ ﺑﮭﺎ
For house members, it does not obligate them to hold on their hair and
nails, but this is essential only for the sacrificer.

10. ﺣﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻧﺴﻲ ﻓﺄﺧﺬ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻌﺮه وأﻇﻔﺎره:
ﻣﻦ ﻧﺴﻲ ﻓﺄﺧﺬ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻌﺮه أو أﻇﻔﺎره ﻓﻼ ﺷﻲء ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﯾﻀﺤﻲ وﻻ ﺣﺮج؛ ﻟﻌﻤﻮم رﻓﻊ اﻟﺤﺮج
ﻋﻦ اﻟﻨﺎﺳﻲ.
:The one who forgot and took from his hair or nails
,• Nothing on him
.• He should continue his sacrifice

11. ﻣﻦ ﺗﻌﻤﺪ أﺧﺬ اﻟﺸﻌﺮ واﻷﻇﻔﺎر:
ﻣﻦ ﺗﻌﻤﺪ اﻷﺧﺬ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻌﺮه وأﻇﻔﺎره ﻓﮭﻮ آﺛﻢ، وﻋﻠﯿﮫ اﻟﺘﻮﺑﺔ واﻻﺳﺘﻐﻔﺎر، وﯾﻀﺤﻲ وﻟﯿﺲ
ﻋﻠﯿﮫ ﻛﻔﺎرة، ﻛﻤﻦ ﺗﻌﻤﺪ ﻓﻌﻞ ﻣﺤﺮم ﻓﺈن أﺻﻞ اﻟﻌﺒﺎدة ﻻ ﯾﺒﻄﻞ وﯾﻠﺰﻣﮫ اﻟﺘﻮﺑﺔ.
:If someone deliberately took from his hair and nails
,• He is a sinner
,• He has to repent and seek forgiveness
,• Continue his sacrifice
.)• Des not have to offer expiation(Kaffarah

12. ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﺔ ﻟﻜﻞ أھﻞ ﺑﯿﺖ:
اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ ﻣﺸﺮوﻋﺔ ﻷھﻞ اﻟﺒﯿﺖ، ﻓﯿﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﯿﮭﺎ أھﻞ اﻟﺒﯿﺖ ﺟﻤﯿﻌ ً، وﻗﺪ ﺻﺢ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ
ﺎ
ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﯿﻤﺎ رواه ﻣﺴﻠﻢ )3025( ﻋﻦ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ رﺿﻲ اﷲ ﻋﻨﮭﺎ أن اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ
وﺳﻠﻢ ﻗﺎل – ﻋﻠﻰ أﺿﺤﯿﺘﮫ -: "ﺑﺎﺳﻢ اﷲ اﻟﻠﮭﻢ ﺗﻘﺒﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ وآل ﻣﺤﻤﺪ وﻣﻦ أ ﱠﺔ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ"
ﻣ
ﻓﺪ ﱠ ذﻟﻚ ﻋﻠﻰ أن دﺧﻮل أھﻞ اﻟﺒﯿﺖ ﻓﻲ اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ ﺟﺎﺋﺰ.

Prophet (pbuh) said: “O Allaah, accept (this sacrifice) on
behalf of Muhammad and the family of Muhammad and the

14. اﻟﺘﻘﺴﯿﻢ: Distribution
ﺟﺎء ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ ﻋﺪة أﻗﻮال، ﻣﻨﮭﺎ:
ورد ﻋﻦ اﺑﻦ ﻋﺒﺎس "ﯾﺄﻛﻞ ھﻮ اﻟﺜﻠﺚ، وﯾﻄﻌﻢ ﻣﻦ أراد اﻟﺜﻠﺚ، وﯾﺘﺼﺪق ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺴﺎﻛﯿﻦﺑﺎﻟﺜﻠﺚ ” وﻗﯿﻞ: ﯾﺄﻛﻞ اﻟﻨﺼﻒ وﯾﺘﺼﺪق ﺑﺎﻟﻨﺼﻒ.
واﻟﺮاﺟﺢ أن ﯾﺄﻛﻞ وﯾﮭﺪي وﯾﺘﺼﺪق وﯾﻔﻌﻞ ﻣﺎ ﯾﺸﺎء، وﻛﻠﻤﺎ ﺗﺼﺪق ﻓﮭﻮ أﻓﻀﻞ.Eating the third, give the third as a gift, and donate the third as a
.charity to the poor one
إھﺪاء اﻟﻜﺎﻓﺮ ﻣﻨﮭﺎ:
ﯾﺠﻮز أن ﯾﮭﺪي ﻣﻨﮭﺎ ﻛﺎﻓﺮً ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﻘﺎﺗﻞ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ، ﺧﺎﺻﺔ إن ﻛﺎن ُﺮﺟﻰ إﺳﻼﻣﮫ، وﻋﻠﻰ ھﺬا

ﻓﯿﺠﻮز أن ﺗﮭﺪي ﻋﺎﻣ ً أو ﺧﺎدﻣ ً أو راﻋﯿ ً وﻟﻮ ﻛﺎن ﻛﺎﻓﺮً، ﻗﺎﻟﮫ اﺑﻦ ﻋﺜﯿﻤﯿﻦ رﺣﻤﮫ اﷲ.

ﯾﺠﻮز أن ﯾﮭﺪي ﻣﻨﮭﺎ ﻛﺎﻓﺮً ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﻘﺎﺗﻞ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﻠﻤﯿﻦ، ﺧﺎﺻﺔ إن ﻛﺎن ُﺮﺟﻰ إﺳﻼﻣﮫ، وﻋﻠﻰ ھﺬا

ﻓﯿﺠﻮز أن ﺗﮭﺪي ﻋﺎﻣ ً أو ﺧﺎدﻣ ً أو راﻋﯿ ً وﻟﻮ ﻛﺎن ﻛﺎﻓﺮً، ﻗﺎﻟﮫ اﺑﻦ ﻋﺜﯿﻤﯿﻦ رﺣﻤﮫ اﷲ.

17. Obvious defects will disqualify an animal
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: "There are four that will not
be accepted for sacrifice: a one-eyed animal whose defect is
obvious, a sick animal whose sickness is obvious, a lame animal
whose limp is obvious and an emaciated animal that has no marrow
in its bones."
: ﻗﺎل ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﺴﻠﻒ : ﻻ ﯾﮭﺪي أﺣﺪﻛﻢ ﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ ﯾﺴﺘﺤﻲ أن ﯾﮭﺪﯾﮫ ﻟﻜﺮﯾﻤﮫ ، وﻗﺎل ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ
. [267 : ) َ َﺎ َ َ ﱠ ُﻮا اﻟْ َ ِﯿ َ ِﻨْ ُ ُﻨْ ِ ُﻮ َ َ َﺴْ ُﻢْ ِﺂ ِ ِﯾ ِ ِﱠﺎ َنْ ُﻐْ ِ ُﻮا ِﯿ ِ ( ] اﻟﺒﻘﺮة
وﻟ ﺗﯿﻤﻤ ﺨﺒ ﺚ ﻣ ﮫ ﺗ ﻔﻘ ن وﻟ ﺘ ﺑ ﺧﺬ ﮫ إﻟ أ ﺗ ﻤﻀ ﻓ ﮫ
“ .. and seek not the corrupt, the vile, for your expending, for you
would never take it, without closing your eyes to it …”

،اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ : ﺑﻠﻮغ اﻟﺴﻦ اﻟﻤﻌﺘﺒﺮة ﺷﺮﻋ ً، ﺧﻤﺲ ﺳﻨﻮات ﻟﻺﺑﻞ، وﺳﻨﺘﺎن ﻟﻠﺒﻘﺮ، وﺳﻨﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺎﻋﺰ

.وﺳﺘﺔ أﺷﮭﺮ ﻟﻠﻀﺄن
.اﻟﺮاﺑﻊ : أن ﺗﻜﻮن ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ اﻟﻤﺤﺪد، ﻣﻦ ﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﺼﻼة، وﯾﺴﺘﻤﺮ إﻟﻰ اﻟﯿﻮم اﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ ﻋﺸﺮ
Time: After the Eid prayer until Assr prayer of the last day of Tashreeq
(the 13th day of Dhul-Hijjah)
According to a Hadith, the Prophet (PBUH) is reported to have
said, “whosoever offered a sacrifice before the Eid prayer, he or she
just slaughtered an animal for meat, but whosoever made sacrifice
after the Eid Al-Adha prayer, he or she has offered a sacrifice.” (AlBukhari, Sahih, Hadith no. 902)

19. زﻣﻦ ذﺑﺢ اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ:
ﯾﺠﻮز اﻟﺬﺑﺢ ﻧﮭﺎرً أو ﻟﯿ ً ﻻ ﺣﺮج ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ، وﻻ ﯾﻮﺟﺪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻨﮭﻲ ﻋﻦ وﻗﺖ ﻣﻦ اﻷوﻗﺎت

إذا وﻟﺪت اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ:
إذا وﻟﺪت اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ ﻓﺈﻧﮫ ﯾﺬﺑﺢ وﻟﺪھﺎ ﺗﺒﻌ ً ﻟﮭﺎ؛ ﻷﻧﮫ أﺧﺮج أﻣﮭﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺳﺒﯿﻞ اﷲ ﻓ ُﺨﺮج ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎن

ﺗﺎﺑﻌ ً ﻟﮭﺎ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ، وﻋﻠﯿﮫ اﻟﺠﻤﮭﻮر ﻣﻦ أھﻞ اﻟﻌﻠﻢ.

23. اﻟﻔﻘﯿﺮ ﯾﺒﯿﻊ ﻣﺎ ﯾﺼﻠﮫ ﻣﻦ ﻟﺤﻢ اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ:
ﯾﺠﻮز ﻟﻠﻔﻘﯿﺮ أن ﯾﺒﯿﻊ ﻣﺎ ﯾﺼﻠﮫ ﻣﻦ ﻟﺤﻢ اﻷﺿﺎﺣﻲ.
The poor may be sold what he received from the sacrificial meat

ﯾﺠﻮز إﻋﻄﺎء اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﺠﻤﻌﯿﺎت اﻟﺨﯿﺮﯾﺔ ﻟﺼﺮﻓﮭﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻔﻘﺮاء، ﻟﻜﻦ اﻷﻓﻀﻞ أن ﯾﻀﺤﻲ
اﻹﻧﺴﺎن ﺑﻨﻔﺴﮫ، وﯾﺘﻮﻟﻰ ﺗﻮزﯾﻌﮭﺎ، ﻓﺈن إﻇﮭﺎر اﻟﺸﻌﯿﺮة ﻣﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﺻﺪ اﻷﺿﺎﺣﻲ وھﻲ ﻋﺒﻮدﯾﺔ ﷲ.
ﻣﺎ ﯾﻘﺎل ﻋﻨﺪ ذﺑﺢ اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ:
ﯾﺘﻠﻔﻆ اﻟﺬاﺑﺢ ﺑﻘﻮﻟﮫ: "اﻟﻠﮭﻢ ھﺬا ﻋﻨﻲ وﻋﻦ أھﻞ ﺑﯿﺘﻲ"
ﻛﻤﺎ ﺛﺒﺖ ذﻟﻚ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢ
"Allaahumma haatha 'annee wa ann ahl baytee" {meaning "O
}Allah! This is on my behalf and on behalf of my family members

24. اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ ﺗﻜﻔﻲ ﻋﻦ أھﻞ اﻟﺒﯿﺖ:
اﻷﺿﺤﯿﺔ اﻟﻮاﺣﺪة ﺗﻜﻔﻲ ﻋﻦ أھﻞ اﻟﺒﯿﺖ ﻛﻠﮭﻢ ﻣﮭﻤﺎ ﻛﺎن اﻟﻌﺪد.
One Odhiah is sufficient for the entire family
ﻣﻦ ﻛﺎن ﻣﺘﺰوﺟ ً زوﺟﺘﯿﻦ:

إن ﻛﺎن اﻟﺮﺟﻞ ﻣﺘﺰوﺟ ً زوﺟﺘﯿﻦ أو أﻛﺜﺮ ﻓﺄﺿﺤﯿﺔ واﺣﺪة ﺗﻜﻔﻲ أﯾﻀ ً ﻛﻤﺎ أﺟﺰأت أﺿﺤﯿﺔ

اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ وﺳﻠﻢ ﻋﻦ زوﺟﺎﺗﮫ ﺟﻤﯿﻌ ً.

25. :إن ﻛﺎن ﻣﻌﮫ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﯿﺖ ﻣﻦ ﻟﯿﺲ ﻣﻦ أوﻻده
ﻣﻦ ﻣﻌﮫ ﯾﺘﯿﻢ أو اﺑﻦ ﻻﺑﻨﺘﮫ أو اﺑﻦ ﻻﺑﻨﮫ، وﯾﺄﻛﻞ وﯾﻌﯿﺶ ﻣﻌﮭﻢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺒﯿﺖ، ﻓﺄﺿﺤﯿﺔ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ
.اﻟﺒﯿﺖ ﺗﻜﻔﻲ ﻋﻨﮫ
Who has orphans or the son of his daughter or his son's son, and eat and
live with hem in the house, the Odhiah of the owner will be sufficient
for them.
