2. Process
• I selected the images to the full extent of the
variation of layout in the selection itself. Based on
what I took at the shoots and moulded the extent
of such images into the selection and the role they
would induce feature and ratio wise which was
important. This was a core strength as it allowed to
me to digest the images and the utility they would
provide in development. The weakness was that I
could have had other images ready in case I
changed my mind since the shoot of what I wanted
to use which would have gave me much more
choice. The appeal of the audience in mind in what I
selected also (always referring to the data I
collected relating to the appeal) during the duration
of the shoots.
3. Process
• I began to arrange the proportions and he “fitting” in of
the images to make a clean ratio which entails the use of
the cropping tool to make the fittings actualise into the
template which furthers the deepness of the images
themselves and the multiplication of the layers, which
includes more methods to attribute. The strength was
that the ratio was able to provide itself a clear layout for
clearer development in later stages. The weakness was
possibly the lack of design of the template which could
have provoked a more creative rush with the cropping
tools. This stage of development also allowed me to
refine the layout in accordance with the audience data
in a collage design.
4. Process
• Edit specific arrangements to correlate with a
unique connection of the setting. This stage was
typically layering and reefing elements to continue
onwards to other stages. It was mostly focused on
refining this appeal to the survey results which is
directly connected with the appeal of the piece
itself. The strength was the obvious intentions
behind it but the weakness was not acting
according enough to certain aspects which needed
a little more work.
5. Process
• Developed the depth of the contrast with the tools
available. This was primarily using photoshop tools
to edit the layers themselves to add additional
mixing into the collages. The strengths was
maximising the features of the software and
enacting the tools to deepen it which led to more
appreciation etc.
