2. Ingredients
• 5 large potatoes
• 1 egg
• 1 medium onion
• 1 tbs. oil
• 1 tbs. sour cream
• 1 tbs. flour
• Spices (salt, pepper, Herbs mix , which is made
up of garlic and parsley. )
3. Preparation
• Peel the potatoes and grate on the subtle slicers.
• Add eggs, finely chopped onions (to taste, you
can make with garlic), sour cream, flour and
spices.
• All mixed thoroughly.
• In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the pancakes
till they are nice brown on both sides.
