2.  Semolina

3.  To 0.5 l og water add some jam. Mix it
well, make as strong as you like.

4.  Put the water with jam to boil, add 4
tablespoons of semolina and stir.
Continue stiring constantly until the
semolina swells.

5.  Do not wait it to cool down and begin to
foam. Foam with mixer to remain light
weight and increase the amount to
approximately two-folds.

6.  Mass put in a bowl and add a milk.
