I have always enjoyed the tangible nature of construction. At the end of the day, after all the meetings and
planning sessions, you leave something behind. What better way to reference a tangible structure than with a
picture, worth, as they say, at least a thousand words? Thus I have attached a few photographs highlighting
some of my proudest career accomplishments, along with a more traditional resume.
I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. As with your firm’s search for the “right fit”, I too, am
seeking a company that I can contribute my years of experience and knowledge, yet offers new and exciting
challenges in the times ahead. Listed below are a few of key areas:
Contract Management – Precise budgets, project specification, product reviews, national and
regional trade contracting, bid process and tracking, establishing long term relationships with trades,
architects, and clients.
Account Management – Corporate Financial Officer, approval of over 1,000 HUD-1, Proformas,
detailed reporting, audits, tax preparation, and more.
Property Management – Initial Construction coordination, pre-leasing and/or sales, tenant/client design
build, daily management, supervision of staff, vendors, and subcontractors.
Architectural – Design Consulting, Value Engineering, and Implementation of project specifications,
Detailed Plan Review and Redline
Supervision - “To be a good manager, you must be an excellent team player”. Don’t expect anyone to
do something you’re not willing to roll up your sleeves and do yourself.
Industry Experience – Estate Homes, Single Family, Town homes, Apartments, Coach Homes, Banks,
Hospitals, Shopping Centers, and Recreational Facilities (large scale totaling approx. 100,000) with
pools, tennis courts, play areas, etc.
Philosophy – “Know your market”, and be a strategic and proactive thinker …“think outside the box”.
