Peel, wash and dry the potatoes

1. Heat the pan with oil, fry the potatoes on a large fire,
until they become golden.
2. After the fire is reduced and bake until the potatoes
are ready. Occasionally stir.
3. 10 minutes before the end of cooking add
sliced onions and salt.
