How to cook adobong sitaw

1. ADOBONG SITAW
(COOKERY STRAND)

2. Ingredients:
 1/2 lb pork into pieces
 1 bunch string beans (sitaw) cut in 2" length
 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
 1 medium onion (sliced)
 1/2 cup soy sauce
 1/3 cup vinegar
 1 cup water
 cooking oil

3. How to Cook Adobong Sitaw
 Add the pork and cook until the pork turns brown.
 Add the water, soy sauce & vinegar. Cover & simmer
for 10 minutes.
 Add the string beans and cook for 5 minutes or until
the vegetable is tender.
 Serve with rice. Enjoy!
