Cairo office) in the architectural design development and detailing of various aspects of projects. having a
wide exposure to all phases of the design, supervision and coordination of large projects , and well known
of using the international codes and regional design standards for major projects in Egypt ,Arab gulf
region and south American country. Participating in all stages of project design from proposal preparation

Project: Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University (PNBAU) - Saudi Arabia.
As Site Architect
Supervision of construction for one main university campus in Riyadh with total built-up area: 1,250,000 m².
i participated in the review of architectural designs and submittals, inspection of site works in coordination
with other trades to ensure compliance with the approved drawings and specifications, preparation of
progress reports and other technical documentation, etc.

Project: Grand plaza Resort and hotel at sharm El Sheikh- Egypt.
As Site Architect
I participated in the review of architectural designs and submittals, inspection of site works in
coordination with other trades to ensure compliance with the approved drawings and specifications,
preparation of progress reports and other technical documentation, etc.
Habitat (for furniture & Contract Furnishings), Egypt.
As Owner Representative Architect
I participated in handling quantities’ take-off, monitoring material submittals, preparation of contract
documents, evaluation of subcontractors, and follow-up on time schedules. Inspection of site works for the

- Industrial facility for furniture and foam manufacturing at El-Oboor, Egypt (19,500 m²).
- Five residential villas of 600 m² each at el Rabwa compound in sheikh Zayed.

INTERNATIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE
Includes some countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Panama. In these projects, I have participated in
the architectural design, including coordination with other disciplines, and preparation of specifications,
cost estimates and other technical documents, for the following projects:
Doha Metro at Doha, Qatar.
I participated in the architectural design & build package, green line elevated station. Al Rayan stadium
station (AL-RIFFA), which located in green line, the new Doha metro network, is a major component of
the Qatar integrated railway project (QIRP), applied q-rail employee requirements and architecture
branding under deep coordination with other disciplines.

3. LUSAIL Towers, Light Rail Station and Underground Car Parking at Doha, Qatar.
I participated in the architectural design & build package, light rail transit (LRT) and underground parking
lusail city has a comprehensive plan for establishing a network of light trains which will connect the
various districts, lusail city’s car parking and waiting areas is that they are equally accessible to both
residents and visitors.
Makkah Metro Network, Saudi Arabia.
I participated in advanced concept design for a rail network consisting of 7 lines leading to the
Holy haram and serving the existing Makkah area as well as its future developments for the year 2030.
The 7 lines cross an orbital line along the third ring road, and end at 7 multi-modal stations around the
holy haram, stations was initially started by the design firm systra as part of the design consortium
awarded.
Makkah First Ring Road and Bus Station, Saudi Arabia.
I participated in the architectural design, including coordination with other disciplines, and preparation of
specifications, cost estimates and other technical documents for 3 multi-level bus stations (total built-up
area of 675,000 m²), rehabilitation and widening of several vehicular tunnels, and all related landscaping
and infrastructure utilities.
The Panama Metro. Panama.
I participated in the architectural design, including coordination with other disciplines, and preparation of
specifications, cost estimates and other technical documents, for the panama. Detailed architectural design
for 4 metro stations, design & build package –elevated. The package includes four elevated stations,
namely, Pueblo Nuevo, San Manuelito, Pan De Azucar and Los Andes Stations.
Line one (LINEA UNO) consists of a planned mostly, north- south route, from multi station in the south
to the north, and is 13.7 km long including7 km of tunnel and 6.3 km of viaduct. Design of the five
stations was initially started by the design firm Systra as part of the design consortium awarded. The
project in partnership with International (TYLIN) Miami.
I participated in architectural design, developments, including coordination in early stage for the
following projects:
Prophet's Mosque Expansion, Saudi Arabia.
I participating in development design stages of project design and study and proposals.
Security Buildings in Shamiyah Area, Saudi Arabia.
I participated in detailed design and tender documents for security buildings in Shamiyah area around the
Makkah holy haram.
Shamiyah Expansion, Saudi Arabia.
I participated in detailed design and tender documents for an extension to the Makkah holy haram.
Jabal Omar Development Project, Saudi Arabia.
I participated in planning, detailed design and construction drawings for a first class mixed-use
development on a site area of 116,535 m², consisting of 7 seasonal residential ,towers, commercial
activities, restaurants, food courts, car-parking, mussalas and serviced villas.

4. Podiums’ heights range from 7 up to 13 stores. Towers’ heights range from 18 up to 23 typical stores
(120 m to 150 m) from the top of the podium.
