Around six years of experience in urban development and landscaping designs for residential
cities, villas, touristic resorts, Security and Police facilities, Recreational compounds, commercial
centers, administrative buildings, road networks, Masjids, shopping malls, and public parks in
Egypt, Middle East and Africa.
Senior Landscape Architect in Engineering
Consultant Group (ECG) 2013 – until now
Hawadi District- King Abdullah Economic City; Hawadi is a premium Mid-density
residential development presenting a luxury housing community in King Abdullah
Economic City (KAEC) , infrastructure and landscaping works. The completion of Hawadi
will promote the image of KAEC in terms of providing upscale and an international-caliber
lifestyle. Participated in preparing the Grading plan of the whole site along with the given
Road profiles, and the Softscape design (Streetscape and Spaces planting).
Master Planning & Infrastructure Design of Residential Agglomerations from the
ministry of housing (KSA); The site areas range from 100,000m2 to 4,000,000m2
Participating in all the stages (Conceptual, Design Development and Detailed Design).
EBC Head Office in New Cairo; With a plot area of 1560m2, the building comprises
basement, ground and six typical floors with 1000 m2 of landscaping,( Participating in the
Conceptual design stage).
Auditorium in Ras Laffan Industrial City; With a land area of 34,230m2 and around
30,000m2 of landscaping, the project comprises auditorium/ multipurpose hall, exhibition
hall, VIP reception, warming kitchen, staff offices., (Participating in the Grading plan).
Rihab City shopping Mall; A Shopping mall in Rihab city – Cairo, landscaping over roof
top of the mall. preparation of the Tender and detailed stage (Hardscape – Softscape –

Porto Aghadeer; Porto Aghadeer is a mixed-use, family oriented destinations,
Offering a primary and secondary homes market, as well as hotels, shopping malls and
restaurants. Under going the working of the BODR and the Conceptual stage of the
project.
Future city development - Arab Contractors; The project aims to develop a state of the
art mixed use development in New Cairo, over approximately 11,000 feddans land area.
The development is planned to be implemented in phases. My role is participating in
Consultant/ PM to develop and manage the development of the 100 feddans project.

3. Al Zamil tower; With a built-up area of 42,000m2, the 32-floor tower features 161 different
housing units, parking and utility services, in addition to business, leisure and recreational
facilities
ABC Egypt New Headquarters; ABC Bank has acquired a skeleton building designed to
function as an administration building. They aim to modify the design to serve as a new
headquarter for the Bank in Egypt. The building is located within the New Cairo area, East
of Cairo, Egypt on a land area of 7,250 sqm. The building comprises of 2 underground
basements and 6 floors with a total built up area of about 28,00 sqm
Impoundment complex for the general execution administration; The Project consists
of Administration offices, Smart Parking (Foundation & Cladding), Storages, Auction Hall,
Citizen Service Center. The allocated Project's site is located in Al- Farwania, Al-Ardhiya
in the state of Kuwait with a total area of approximately 20,000m2
Al Waha landscape design and supervision; Al Waha is approximately 32 Feddans
with 925 units covering both single and multifamily types located at KAEC. Participated in
Master Planning and Landscaping for this project.
Master plan FOR Raparin univerity in Ranya; Over a land area of 917,500m2, the
university is located in Ranya – Erbil - Iraq that consists of group of faculties and
university services
Staff housing complex for ‘Misr For Central Clearing’; The project aimed at the
construction of a new staff accommodation for Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and
Registry Company workers in New Cairo.
Etisalat Mist new premises, Smart Village; The office building comprises two basements
with a total built-up area of 27,000 m2, as well as one ground floor and three typical floors
with a total built-up area of 36,000 m2, Participated in preparing landscape design of the
project from the design stage till the construction drawing and documents
Royal city compound; The project comprises the design review of infrastructure and road
networks as well as construction supervision of a high-end residential compound
consisting of 600 constructed villas; 170 villas and commercial/recreational areas are
under construction.
Dyar Ville compund - New Cairo; Dyar ville comprises around 180 units covering both
Appartments and villas and located at New Cairo - Egypt. Participated in Master Plan,
Landscape for this project.
Design and consultancy for club in new Sohag City; Sports club in New Sohag city in
upper Egypt comprises group of sports facilities including playgrounds, swimming
pool,etc.. along with the social activities that will be held in the club. The clubs area is
approximately 35 feddans.
