shoring, mobilization, final submissions),preparing and submitting all architectural, structural & MEP revisions
and coordinating with ADM engineers.
- Comply the provided concept with ADM regulations, IBC, ICC, Green architecture requirements, submitting

- The Saadiyat Rotana Hotel & Resort is built on a plot of around 93,022.31 square meters out of which are
17,000 of protected beaches, the hotel includes 375 bays providing 327 Keys in addition to 13 free standings
beach Villas of different types preparing detailed design for average (B+G+5+Roof) building.
• SAADIYAT ISLAND Resort - SAADIYAT ISLAND - ABUDHABI - UAE.
- The Saadiyat Island Resort is built on a plot of around 84,700 square meters the hotel includes 297 Keys in
addition to wellness center 10 Villas of different types, detailed design for average (B+G+ 7) building & client
presentation reports.

- The ADNEC Capital Centre compromises of (Three Basements+G+25 +Roof) office building
Hotel and residential tower.
