12. What’s next
• We are starting to see good examples across the industry of InsureTechs & insurers working together
• However insurers are still learning what works in terms of collaboration- need to assess why we are together – how do we remain true to these reasons
• Both sides adapting to be able to work together better
• Working with Insuretechs is just one of many tools companies have to achieve operational excellence, the successful insurers will be those which select the right
tools and effectively manage the projects to deliver results.

Introduction – who you are, why they should listen to you
Today we’re going to talk about Digital Transformation
We work with the world’s largest organizations
And they are all chasing digital transformation
But sometimes, rather than truly transforming, they are jumping onto the latest buzzwords
Or buying the latest software vendor hype
<CLICK> And all of this is happening in the context of a constantly changing world of technology
Channels
Platforms
DevOps
Development frameworks
It’s really hard to keep up
So hard, we see organizations making three well-intentioned mistakes
They build disconnected channels, instead of designing journeys
They focus on automating tasks, instead of delivering seamless outcomes
They are building more silos, instead of thinking end-to-end
To fill that, you need real-time, omni-channel, AI
That can embed itself seamless into channels
But actually works across channels
<CLICK> You also need end-to-end robotic automation
That will include robotics, but also process automation, case management, and email bots
All orchestrated to deliver end-to-end outcomes
This can seem like a big project to deliver
And your technology needs to be future-proof as well
And more code isn’t the answer
Code writing is broken, slow, archaic
Having humans translate into the language of the computer is not having the computer be smart
Instead, have the computer be smart enough to write your software
Low code misses the point – we are more than Low code – we are NO CODE
Saw this with 4GL – tools for engineers
About putting the business in control, not just better dev tools
Model-driven means…
<CLICK> Software that writes your software
