A pamphlet is an unbound booklet. It may consist of a single sheet of
paper that is printed on both sides and folded in half, in thirds or in
fourths.

• Pamphlets are useful in business communication.
• To educate, inform, persuade or entertain your intended audience.
• To mobilise people to support your cause
• To advertise a meeting or specific event
• To popularize your slogans and messages.

• Tutorial style: its most basic kind of pamphlet. Gives information on a
particular subject or explains how something is done
• Frequently asked questions: technique to get answer to any question
fast
• Testimonial style: this is a story telling mode. A story is narrated about
in the pamphlet issue. The concepts are introduced one by one

• They are effective method to dessiminate message to a larger target
group
• They save time and resources in dessimination of information.
5. Limitations
• They can waste lot of money and time if not distributed properly
• Only literate and educated people be benefited
• They do not ensure that larger group has surely paid attention and
time in reading the pamphlet.
