(Forex RHS & RM’s).
• Identifying and generating leads for prospecting existing customers (ERV) and building new
customers base (NCA).
• Liaising with Salary and Corporate team for mapping of existing and new Corporates for sale of
forex to their employees traveling abroad. Mapping of FFMC/Student Consultants/Travel Agents
and other partners for sale of our top end product to their customers/students through Referral
arrangement.
• Cultivate excellent relationships with existing channel partners & new prospects.

Projects
Sales CRM platform integration for Forex – (Mar 2016 till date)
• To tap retail Forex customers & induce repeat purchase, framework has been designed in Sales
CRM for Student, Family Maintenance, LRS, NRI, Leisure, Business & other segments
customers
• Customer triggers have been mapped to branch staff & the system facilitates proper closure of
the leads hence generated
• It also captures the futuristic Forex requirement of the customer & sends reminders to branch
staff for the same.
• Involved in defining interface requirements, system integration with Sales CRM & technology
team, UAT testing & end to end processing.
Life-cycle customer communication campaign – (Feb 2015 till date)
• Defining the overall life-cycle of the Forex customers as per their purpose of Travel abroad or
initiating Remittances
• Segments covered are Student, Family Maintenance, LRS, NRI, Leisure & Business.
• Campaign being designed to trigger communication based on Customer purchase behavior
tracking the life-cycle spread upto 180 days.
Credence – Superior deal booking system (November 2014- Jan 2015)
• Credence is a superior deal booking system as compared to old system Fx-online prepared in
consultation with Treasury team.
• End to end UAT & process setup before launching this system for branches.
• Regular pops up to branch user for correct selection of nostro, product & type of deal to booked
to eliminate possible errors & minimizing losses.
Hello Canada- Dual Account Opening Proposition (November 2013)
• Dual Account proposition has been designed to facilitate the cross-border banking needs of Indian
Nationals planning to go overseas for work, study etc.
• Already launched overseas account opening proposition in countries like UK, Australia, Canada
to be extended in other countries as well.
Project E2E Solution for student segment (September 2013- till date)
• Study of Student Life Cycle.
• Identifying the various touch points playing pivotal role in decision making of study abroad.
• Initiatives of on-boarding outbound entities like Educational Consultant, Coaching Institute &
Educational institute under referral tie-up with ICICI Bank.
Building Outbound Referral Channel (March 2013- August 2013)
• Designing a process for on-boarding outbound entities under Forex referral arrangement to
increase ICICI Banks presence in outbound market.
• Identification & on-boarding of outbound entities like Travel Agents, Educational Consultants,
Coaching institutes, Schooling Institutes, FFMC’s/ ADII & other players willing to refer potential
Forex customers to ICICI Bank.
• Unique agency code creation upon submission of required KYC & AML checks.
• Designing a process of monthly payout basis the successful referral transaction conversions.
Forex limits and guidelines system (FLAGS) (August 2012- Feb 2013)
• Forex limits and guidelines system (FLAGS) is an intelligent system which is built with the
mindset of on-boarding maximum number of ICICI bank sale employees & reduce the number of
