8. Find your Audience…?
Although Brad Paisley has 2.52 million followers on Twitter alone.
He has most certainly found his audience. With is humorous
demeanor, he attracts not only fun energetic country fans that
actively participate with him online, but also passionate country
fans from all age groups. Brad is simply a GREAT entertainer.
9. Post Meaningful, Sharable Content?
Brad Paisley actively communicates with his online
community through not just one social media source but a
variety. He frequently asks for fan input, questions invoking
conversation between himself and his audience. It is also
noticeable to see all of his replies back to following fans as
well.
Not only does Brad involve his fans through input, but he also
post sort video clips, pictures from previous concerts, as well
as some inside to his personal family life as well (nice to hear
about what goes on behind the scenes as well, not just the
spotlight all the time).
10. Engage Current Fans?
Brad not only actively participates through social media like
twitter, Facebook, and MySpace. But on Oct 02, 2013 Brad
introduced his ‘free’ smartphone app “light show” which lets
fans and their phones light the way during every concert. The
app also allows users to get everything they want to know
about Brad through their mobile device. The app itself has a
4/5 Rating. Brad (et al) actively respond to fans, and
continuously please and engage the current fan base as well
as attracting new fans on a daily basis.
12. Continue the Social Push IRL. Hand out
Swag. Put up Flyers?
As it is apparent to see through Facebook, and Twitter. Brad (et al.) do a
tremendous job pushing the IRL. This is apparent through almost daily
photos posted on each account of the previous concert the night prior.
Fans are having fun, and actively posting on his social media from the
venue itself.
13. Post consistently?
Brad surprisingly does not take to twitter and other social media sites as
often as some of the other celebrities. But I feel that he actively
communicates in a sufficient manor (2 or 3 days). Its understandable, that
he has a life outside performing. Although he is not blogging, or posting
information frequently (daily). However, his band website
(https://www.bradpaisley.com) is constantly updated with band info, tour
dates, and memorabilia.
