3. The Masthead is clear and behind the models body. Because the title can be seen as the symbol for the magazine it is recognised even when half of it is covered up. The date land website line. It is small font because it is not as important as the masthead. This question is bold and large to advertise the model on the front cover. Explanatory line is slanted and has short sentences to attract the readers. The kicker is bold, black and large to attract the audience into reading the explanatory lines. By stating a large artists name without any words before and after her name interests us to why her name is printed so we read on. The button is against the magazine convention as it is inside a square shape in bold writing which makes us read it. The main image is centre and attracts the readers attention as it is an attractive pose.
4. Eye flow The eye flow is against conventions of a magazine, it has the model in the centre and uses her body to draw our eyes to the cover lines around her. It is interesting how the eye flow is represented in the clothes the model is wearing. By wearing a ‘V’ style shirts emphasises the ‘V’ shape in the eye flow pattern.
