Green Growth Roadmap lays out
seven key priority accesses:
1. Access to water resources
management and sanitation;
2. Access to food security
(agriculture) and non chemical‐
products;
3. Access to sustainable land use;‐
4. Access to renewable energy
and energy efficiency;
5. Access to information and
knowledge;
6. Access to means for better
mobility and
7. Access to finance and

O The GSGG led by H.E.Dr. CHHUN Vannak cooperated
with the public institutions, all development partners
and multistakeholders: to develop the Rio+20
National Report on Cambodia’s Sustainable
Development & for inclusive green growth
implementation in the country.

Institutionalization
O The Government has established National
Council on Green Growth (NCGG)by the Royal
Decree 2012; General Secretariat for Green
Growth (GSGG) by the Sub-Decree.
O NCGG with the assistance of the GSGG: to
decide upon policy, strategy, action plan and
programs;
O GSGG roles: to prepare policy, strategy, action
plan, programs and law for the NCGG and
coordinate the implementation of green growth
at the national and subnational level. 6

resources through integration, matching and
adaptation, as well as harmonization
between a green growth principle and

O Green Environment refers to good and clean
environmet without pollutants through clean
development, non-polluting environment,
maintaining quality of water, quality of land
and air and ecosystem safety, by ensuring
food safety, managing national resources,
forestry, water resources, and landuse.

economy with efficiency in using natural
resources, environment sustainability, green
jobs, green technology, and economic
