and its behaviors and practices

This is done by the:

Acculturation is the process for resolving
cultural differences and of accomplishing
cultural change and adaptation between
groups.
– Usually there is a merger with a dominant
culture.
– Often it is a process of cultural exchange
between entering members and the
organizational culture of their employers
