When it comes to recruiting staff my first point of call will always be Spring Personnel, on a regular basis we need to
inject quality staff into various departments, we tried several ways to recruit and become increasingly frustrated with
no success, our current supplies has been struggling to find appropriate candidates so we decided to give Spring
Personnel the opportunity. (And I have never looked back.)
Spring embraced this opportunity and got to work straight away.  We had candidates lined up for interviews very
quickly and Spring managed the process from the start, ensuring they maintained the type of candidate we were
looking for, what the job involved and relevant information on our policy’s and procedure.

It’s been 3 years now and we are still using Spring Personnel purely because of the first class service and outstanding
