increase efficiency. I lead the transportation team, managing 120 personnel and 1400 drivers
spanning 5 locations in Kuwait & Iraq with a transportation network covering all US Army
camp locations in Kuwait.
Responsibilities and achievements were:
 Co-designing and implementing the Micro Transport system with IT dept.
 Effective staff management (scheduling, training & evaluation, compliance,
productivity maximization).
