(10 billion USD) to an estimated 20,000 employees. The training occurred predominately in a centrally location
five-classroom training center, with 12 satellite locations over an area of 58 kilometers Responsible for the
administration, reporting and scheduling of the HS&E curriculum to an estimated 18,000 employees.
 Manages the coordination and generation of the weekly and monthly training reports required outlined by
Project Leadership.
 Manages and prepares the publication of HS&E bi-weekly schedule on weekly basis.
 Analyzes reporting metrics and provides insight to HSE Training Manager.
 Assisted in the deployment of a centralized training database with HS&E, Operational Risk, PMV,
Scaffolding, and IS&T groups. The database automated several manual processes, generated attendance
