Perception of Past Event e.g. Parent abandons Triggers loss of control, low self-esteem,  Emotional reaction to current event in any situation where there is a sense of not being in control e.g. In School
Emotional reaction to current event Any situation where there is a sense of not being in control e.g. In School Withdrawal – passive aggressive flight response e.g. School refusers Aggressive – fight response to establish control in the environment e.g. persistent behaviour issues
Repeat of original pattern – because behaviour is based on feelings triggered from original event of loss of control, low self-esteem Negative outcome will result because the behaviour is routed in negative emotions. Reversed outcome e.g. I will seek to reject you before you reject me to protect myself from original feelings. Identical outcome e.g. I will seek to get you to reject me and re-affirm original feelings. or
