By occupying a ministry with the connivance of Dilma Rousseff, Lula assumes in fact the Presidency of Republic transforming the current president in a kind of "Queen of England" who reigns but does not govern. Who will govern effectively will be Lula. The coup d´état assigned by PT and allies to their opponents that want the removal of Dilma Rousseff and PT of power is being implemented by PT itself and Lula with the connivance of Dilma Rousseff. It is no similar coup d´état or unprecedented in the history of Brazil and of any country in the world because it has the connivance of the own holds the power.

COUP D'ETAT OR SELF-COUP D'ETAT IN EXECUTION PROCESS IN
BRAZIL

It is currently being Lula and the PT (Workers Party) strategy to avoid dismissal of
President Dilma Rousseff and the possible arrest of former president Lula by Operation
Lava Jato that investigate corruption at Petrobras and other government agencies and by
Public Ministry of São Paulo with his involvement in various crimes of corruption. The
strategy would be to Lula's appointment by Dilma Rousseff to take a ministry that would
enable him to make the necessary political articulations in Congress to avoid, on the one
hand, the impeachment of Dilma Rousseff and, on the other, to avoid arrest of Lula by
Judge Sergio Moro given that, in the Minister condition, your process would be tried by
the Supreme Court where it would have better chances of survival.
The presence of Lula in a ministry Dilma Rousseff would make it possible to reduce the
threat of having defections in the allied base, especially in the PMDB that threatens to
break with the government in its next National Convention. In recent days, three parties
(PP, PTB and PRB) have internally discussed the possibility of leaving the government's
allied base. Last week, the PSB (Brazilian Socialist Party), before in neutral position,
announced the move to the opposition to the Dilma Rousseff government. Said in Brasilia
that President Dilma Rousseff could offer a ministry to Lula to avoid that it can be stuck in
Lava Jato by a decision of Judge Sergio Moro.
In addition to the threat posed by Lava Jato Operation, Lula faces the charge of the
prosecution of Public Ministry of São Paulo that presented to Court a complaint against
the former president in the case of the triplex of Guarujá. Lula will be denounced on
charges for asset occultation a money laundering mode Lula will be denounced under the
equity blind charge, a “money laundering” mode. If the complaint is accepted by the
courts, Lula becomes a defendant in the action. The Public Ministry of São Paulo kept the
piece in secrecy and called for an interview this Thursday (10/03) to explain the
complaint.

formed in Brazil a vacuum in the executive branch, which is being tapped by Lula to
exercise government. Lula took power in an attempt to save the PT government because
Dilma Rousseff became a political corpse.

We must consider that Coup d´Etat is regarded as the deposition of a government
legitimately installed. In the case of deposition of Dilma Rousseff by Lula and PT, this is
happening with the agreement of who is installed in power. The term Coup d´Etat is
identified as a sudden institutional breakdown. That is, the state control passes suddenly
from the hands of a constitutionally elected government to another group of rulers. In the
case of deposition of Dilma Rousseff by Lula and PT is going subliminally an institutional
break in that control of the Brazilian state passes from the hands of Dilma Rousseff
constitutionally elected for another ruler not elected, Lula.
Coups d´État are characteristic of times when political opposition groups extrapolate the
legality and sometimes make use of violence to overthrow a legitimate government. In the
history of these events, it is common to observe the siege to the headquarters of the
government to expel the rulers, occurring sometimes execution of members of the
government overthrown. Chile illustrates one of these extreme cases, as in 1973, the
presidential palace La Moneda in Santiago was bombed by Air Force aircraft with the
intention to kill all members of the Salvador Allende government. While it is common in
Coups d´État have their promotion by political opposition groups, it can also happen the
established government itself establish coup d´état or self- coup d´état to increase its
power. This happened, for example, in Brazil, in 1937. At the time, Vargas was the
president of Brazil, a position he held since 1930. To perpetuate itself in power, Getúlio
Vargas justified the coup d´état or self- coup d´état as an attempt to neutralize the
Communists and Integralists (fascist) who tried to seize power in Brazil. The alleged
worsening of the country's political situation allowed Vargas to close the Congress and
start a dictatorial government that became known as the New State.
The coup d´état in the implementation process by Lula and PT in Brazil today can be
considered also as coup d´état or self- coup d´état as done by Getulio Vargas in 1937
without, however, apparently extrapolate the constitutional legality and without the use of
violence because they count with the connivance of Dilma Rousseff with them condone. It
is because of this that the coup d'état or self- coup d´état currently in execution in Brazil
has no similar in the history of Brazil and the world. In carrying out the self- coup d´état,
Lula and PT were anticipating the occupation of power by opposition political forces that
seek the ouster of Dilma Rousseff through impeachment in Brazilian Congress and
cassation of plate Dilma Rousseff / Michel Temer in the TSE (Superior Court Electoral).
In addition to prevent the possibility of dismissal of Dilma Rousseff of power and prevent
Lula in prison for the crime of corruption, Lula and PT also aim to save the Dilma
Rousseff government of current political and economic debacle and recover it to
successfully face the elections presidential in 2018. This is the fundamental strategy of
Lula and PT to achieve the self- coup d´état. It is necessary that the living forces of the
nation to denounce the coup d´état or self- coup d´état in execution in Brazil that aims to
keep the unsuccessful Dilma Rousseff government in power and avoid arrest of the biggest
crooks in Brazilian politics.
