In making this decision, Dilma Rousseff abdicated of power transferring it to the former president Lula who will try to save the government's economic and political debacle and himself of prison for the crimes of corruption. This is configured as a coup d´état or self-coup d´état perpetrated by Lula and PT with the connivance of her own Dilma Rousseff that turned into a kind of "Queen of England" that continues to reign but not rule. Who will govern effectively will be Lula. CONSUMMATION OF COUP D'ETAT EXECUTED BY LULA AND PT WITH
DILMA ROUSSEFF CONNIVANCE

During the last weekend, two events occurred that may determine the future course of
Brazilian politics. The first concerns the day (12/03) of the PMDB (Brazilian
Democratic Movement Party) National Convention which prohibited its members to
occupy positions in the federal government until the party definitely decide about the
breakup or maintaining the alliance with President Dilma Rousseff. The second is
related to the protests last Sunday (13/03) that were higher than the Protests for Direct
Elections when the people took to the streets to demand an end to impunity, the end of a
blatantly incompetent and corrupt government.
Both events strengthened the possibility of removal from power of President Dilma
Rosseff by impeachment through Congress and with the cancellation of the plate Dilma
Rousseff / Michel Temer by TSE (Superior Electoral Court) which put on the agenda of
PT (Workers Party) strategy of naming the former President Lula to take a ministry of
Dilma Rousseff government to try to prevent his dismissal through effective policy
coordination that will help to prevent the defection of the PMDB and other parties of the
governing coalition to the government given the current inability of president to meet
this role.
Besides trying to prevent the removal of Dilma Rousseff and PT of the power, Lula's
presence in the Dilma Rousseff ministry would also help to avoid his arrest by Judge
Sergio Moro due to crimes of corruption considering that as Minister his process would
be tried by the Supreme Court where it would have better chances of survival and to
save the disastrous Dilma Rousseff government of economic, political and current total
administrative downfall.

Rousseff no longer governs, that is, it turned into a political corpse. The coup d´état in
the implementation process by Lula and PT in Brazil today can be considered also as a
coup d´état of self-coup d´état because it takes place without extrapolating the
constitutional legality and without the use of violence because they have the connivance
of Dilma Rousseff who with they connive. It is because of this that the coup d´état
might be called self-coup d´état currently running in Brazil, which has no similar in the
history of Brazil and the world.
It appears from the above that the purpose of Lula, PT and Dilma Rousseff is to
maintain power at any cost, even, ultimately, at the expense of a civil war in Brazil.
After 13 years of failure of PT governments in the economic, political and social
spheres that culminated to lead Brazil to economic bankruptcy and current political and
social disintegration, is going to attempt to maintain the PT in power with the coup
d´état in course with the connivance of his own Dilma Rousseff. The coup d´état of
Lula and PT ongoing with the connivance of Dilma Rousseff joins the cast of fiscal
responsibility and electoral crimes committed by her that would justify her removal
from power. It is necessary that the living forces of the nation denouncing the coup
d´état or self-coup d´état ongoing that aims to maintain the PT in power and avoid the
arrest of one of the biggest crooks in Brazilian politics.
The ongoing coup d´état shows that Machiavelli was right when he said in 1513 that
more political ambition is conquest, conservation and expansion of power. To achieve
and maintain this power no matter the means. This alliance Spurious between Lula, PT
and Dilma Rousseff is a proof that the political world is governed by acts, unorthodox
adjustments and agreements, has its own rules, and does not follow the logic of ethics
governing the moral behavior of people in general. As a rule the political is in the midst
of ambitious, corrupt, violent or insolent people. If you do not know how to behave
"realistically" loses its power.
Are the mutual relations of power and not the intrinsic ethical disposal that dictate the
appropriate political conduct. With the ongoing coup d´état with the connivance of
Dilma Rousseff was shown that to gain and maintain power, in summary, it is the
essential purpose of the policy. It is in this sense that Machiavelli wedge his famous and
most controversial phrase: "the ends justify the means" Machiavellianism became
therefore synonymous with a political practice devoid of moral and good faith, an astute
and rogue procedure that is exemplified by the lamentable behavior of former President
Lula in its relations with the contractors involved in “Lava Jato” Operation that
investigate corruption at Petrobras and other government agencies.
The behavior needy of ethical and moral of former President Lula and Dilma Rousseff
also calls into question all serious militants of PT and the allied parties and personalities
who support them who should react against this state of affairs. The respectability of PT
and allies parties supposedly of left is being destroyed by former President Lula. Just as
is demoralizing the left parties allied to him to co-opt them by offering commissioned
positions (30,000), the former president Lula, Dilma Rousseff and PT also contributed
to put in check the social movements in Brazil that abdicated to fight for their specific
interests with the cooptation of the leaders of its main organizations (trade unions,
students, etc.).
The ethical and moral debacle that has Lula as the main protagonist at the time adds to
the endemic corruption that is strongly present in Brazil. The practice of corruption

achieves all levels of government and all branches of government through the
corrupting networks set up by corrupt elected officials. The growing politicization and
disbelief of the population with regard to political institutions is a great mark of our
time. How to change this sad reality? There is only one way: to convene a National
Constituent Assembly Exclusive to carry out a political reform that will help to build a
truly representative democracy in Brazil focused on ethical and moral principles and the
reform of the State and Public Administration in Brazil to make the state efficient and
effective in promoting economic and social progress of the country. In this Constituent
should not participate, however, the current members of Congress but unengaged
citizens with the current political practice that decide to contribute to the reconstruction
of the political life of the country.
