4. “CONTRIBUTOR”
A contributor is a person who is dynamic,
he should believe in external as well as
internal success, he should believe in
opportunity vision rather than looking upon
the rewards in his/her career, can overcome
in any circumstances, they are focused on
their goal and find appropriate methods to
achieve them within the framework of the
system, they focus on the value of
experience and are focused on the big
picture.
5. EXPERIENCE:
He has the experience of 4 years
as the architect and manages his
own business at Ahmadabad and
also has some works going on at
Bhavnagar. He has gone for
internship at Mumbai.
6. VISION OF SUCCESS
He takes his work as a vision.
He believes in external as well as internal
success.
i.e. He wants to get success as he has the
passion towards his work and not because
he has to do his work as others are telling
him to do.
He takes it as a vision as he wants to go
further with time also with more and more
confidence towards his work.
7. QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL
EMPLOYEE:
“FOCUSED” : An employ has to be focused
towards his work and should not be fuzzy.
“PUNCTUALITY” : He has to be punctual with time.
“TASK” : An employ has to take his work as a task
not as a labour or as a load.
“RELATIVITY WITH TIME” : For becoming
successful employ he has to relate work with
reference to time. It means more work in short time
period.
8. CHALLENGES :
He takes the challenges as an
opportunity.
As in any kind of field when challenges
comes into the picture, the stamina of the
work increases with reference to time and
also with reference to ability to produce
more.
So it means challenges are taken as an
opportunity and not as a hurdle.
9. JOB SATISFACTION:
According to him job satisfaction is
internal satisfaction because any kind
of work will get better when you will be
satisfied with your inherent mind set.
If you are not happily inherent with
your work you cannot produce better
work.
10. “DOMAIN VISION” :
He believes in reward
because for better
development in a career, a
person has to be rewarded
from external society also.
11. JUNIORS NOT WORKING ACCORDING
TO EXPECTATION :
Sometimes when he used to feel that
juniors are not working according to his
requirements :
Then firstly, he tries to understand their
work problems.
He doesn’t directly discourage them and
gives them clues how to do better work.
Open up them with different design ideas
and giving them a particular task to do in a
short time.
12. SENIORS NOT SUPPORTING
WHEN REQUIRED:
First of all any kind of work which has to be
done will have a particular reason behind it.
In his field designs (architecture or
interiors) has to be done with particular
reasons only. It has to be conceptualized.
So whenever any seniors doesn’t agree
with him he used to convince them with
functional aesthetic, physical materialistic
reasons, so that they are always used to
understand him.
13. CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANISATION AND ITS
RELATION WITH THE SOCIETY:
Being an architect he always tries to give
best functions, beautiful aesthetic and
accurate finishing towards his designs.
Being a designer his responsibility is that
the way of living (homes, office spaces), the
way of working, religion and cultural aspects
of society(temples, mosques, etc.) has to
get better and better.
14. SHORT AND LONG TERM VISION:
Short term vision is that his designs should
become a benchmark for senior designers.
Long term vision is that he wants to make
his particular style of working, particular
building design language that means the
way of designing as a system. Then one
can refer him for clear their fundamentals
for their designs.
15. MESSAGE FOR FUTURE ENGINEERS:
His message for future engineers is:
Clear with your fundamentals.
Whatever work you are doing has to have some
reason.
Refer your seniors in your field where your seniors
have reached. From them how much do you know or
how much do you learn. Try to reach that level first
and then what is next after try to achieve that.
