6.  According to him, the challenges which came
in life ,take it as an opportunity even if you
think that it is an impossible work.
 Actually the challenges which you face in life
take it as an excitement for doing something
new and for the first time.
 Sometimes ,challenges also seems to look
like you as a hurdle,as it is human nature but
then also you get a different type of
enjoyment.

7.  To conduct or to coordinate the Aashlesha
first time ,it also a challenge for him,and
having no any experience ,then also taking
this challenge as a new learning thing.

8.  Firstfall, to be a successful one ,asusual
needed things i.e hardwork,determination,
not having fear of loosing etc. should be
present .
 And for a successful one ,you should have
good diplomate which are like the pillars of
a house.
 According to him ,if there was no any
proper diplomate team he got in 2015 ,then
Aashlesha 2015 was not become very much
successful as it become.

9.  But not every time relieving on juniors or
diplomate ,he had also another plan
according to the situation arises.

10.  As a contributor he is running a GATE
academy for the engineering students .
 There having a well-defined talented faculty
team ,he is successfully running the institute
and in GATE 2016 the highest rank produce
by the institute is 164.
 According to the marks and needs of the
students ,he didn’t prefer any place to
money.

11.  According to him ,there is no any difference
between short term or long term vision .
 The smallest thing which he do is like a
building block for the future thing
 His only vision is to make a such type
institute ,that no student go far from
bhavnagar for study ,but student come here
in bhavnagar from ahmedadabd,rajkot etc.

12.  His terminology about the thing is that ,there
is no any satisfaction ,we get from the job.It
is like a sacrifice which every human do for
making their future well-being.
 The satisfaction came inside us only after
late forties,and at that time it is both
internally and externally for us.

13.  According to him,sometime a big thinking
can make your path easy to achieve the goal
Just like the full preparation of Aashlesha
2015 was just done in 29 days.
 To convincing the seniors upto juniors was
done by him and his diplomate.
 Aashlesha 2015 was conducted on 4,5 april
and it was very successful .
 This thing make him feel that he was the
most successful person at that time.
