GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
Implements Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Scheduled Planned work activities and
ensures that is being done in line with the projected target and objective, also attends to daily
SRO’s received and ensure that it is being completed in accordance with the approved
customer agreed completion.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Directly reports to Building Services Manager.
2. Implements Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Scheduled Planned work activities
and ensures that is being done in line with the projected target and objective, also
attends to daily SRF’s received and ensure that it is being completed in accordance with
the approved customer agreed completion.
3. Prepares simple calculations and Design for new and modification projects.
4. Recommend update of as built plans for future references.
5. Prepares material and labor estimates including work scheduling.
6. Recommends & Prepares fixed asset disposal if it is beyond economical repair.
7. Recommends P.R. of critical materials.
8. Ensures that all works are done in accordance of approved SOP.
9. Responsible for the safekeeping of tools and equipment including housekeeping of
assigned work place and workshop.
10. Prepares daily/weekly/monthly accomplishment report.
11. Recommends ideas to prevent breakdown occurrence and do root cause analysis.
12. Trains new and old employees in accordance with the approved SOP.
13. Prepares material estimates thru Infor-LN system for Central warehouse withdrawal.
14. Ensures that all SRO received are accomplished in accordance with the approved KPI.
15. Hands on work as needed.
16. Adherence of safety policy and standards.
17. Ensure compliance of Biosecurity protocol, waste management segregation program
and Environmental Management System.
18. Ensures proper housekeeping in the working place.
19. Other works assigned by its immediate superior.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/TRAININGS REQUIRED BY THE JOB:
MANDATORY OR PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

Education: BS Engineering or Diploma or Vocational course or equivalent relevant work
experience.
Knowledge: Electrical & Carpentry works
Basic Skills & Competencies: Hands on troubleshooting expertise, Basic Computer
knowledge MS Word/Excel, Supervisory techniques/experience, Basic load calculations.
Experience: 8 years relevant experience
Technical Skills: Very good in trouble shooting and imparting knowledge to
subordinates.
Others: Driving knowledge, Dedicated, Hardworking and willing to work in extended
hours or on call.
