 Finalization of Technical Specification and General condition / Special Condition of
Contract according to Client Requirement.
 Preparation / Verification of Bill of Quantity based on schematic drawing.
 Preparation of Rate Analysis for various types of works.
 Identify the local vendor for various types of MEP Works.

 Verification and certification of contractor’s additional claim/ Non Scheduled Items.

 Preparation and maintain of Project Quality Control document and implement the same
at site level.

Transformer, LT Bus ducts, Medium Voltage Distribution panels, HT and LT Cabling,
Internal and External Lighting, Earthing, HVAC, Access control system, CCTV, Hydrant
& Sprinkler Systems.
 Inventory of material & ensure timely supply of materials required for the project,
procurement action
 Mobilizing site activities, and obtaining approval from Consultants/Architects/Client
 Preparation of test reports, handing over documents, bill measurement, budget costing,
value engineering & certification of bills using Quadra software.
 Proper utilization of manpower & resources in optimum manner
 Safety of working team and office as per standards and its proper documentation of
tool box meetings, safety checklists, work permit records, weekly and monthly safety
reports.
