For Proper hand washing all that you need
When to Wash hands  •  After using the bathroom •  After changing a diaper — wash the diaper-wearer's hands, too •  After touching animals or animal waste •  Before and after preparing food, especially raw meat, poultry or fish •  Before eating •  After blowing your nose •  After coughing or sneezing into your hands •  Before and after treating wounds or cuts •  Before and after touching a sick or injured person •  After handling garbage •  Before inserting or removing contact lenses •  When using public restrooms, such as those in airports, train stations, bus stations and restaurants.

Wet hands with running water 1
Lather well with soap (regular soap is just as good as antibacterial soap) 2
Scrub hands thoroughly (Rub vigorously ) Take at least 15 to 20 seconds. In Six Stages . 3
Stage 1. Palm to palm Stage 2. Backs of hands Stage 3. Between the fingers Stage 4. Fingertips Stage 5. Thumbs and wrists Stage 6. Nails in the palm of the hand Step3/SIX  stages
Rinse with running tap water. 4
Dry Hands with clean towel 5
Turn off the tap with the Towel 6
Throw away the Towel 7
Hand washing ,Every Step is Important •  Scrubbing w/ soap= 2-4 log virus reduction •  Rinsing hands under running running water increased effect in removing viruses •  Drying hands = 1 log virus reduction •  Cross contamination by surfaces – use the towel
