OBJECTIVE
I am seeking employment where I can draw on my previous skills and
experiences. I am looking for a new and demanding position that will engage
me long term. I am a hands on Manager with a passion for quality food and
good service which I enjoy passing on to my staff.
I am currently self- employed. I work in sales and marketing but am
looking to return to hospitality.

I managed this restaurant just for one year for an acquaintance. My duties
were employing, managing the staff and doing general Managers duties.
Front of house and office work. I left this position on the 28th June to search
for work in London. My job was manager where I employed the staff,
organized rota’s and helped with all duties. I worked 6 days a week. I also did
the accounts for the business.

In 2011 - 2012 I started to run a guest-house in France, in a medieval town.
It had 6 double bedrooms and an apartment to rent. I ran the place with my
partner and we offered breakfast and dinner. After 2 years the owner of the
building sold it as a going concern.
LA BRASSERIE: Restaurant/bar St. Antonin, Noble Val France 2003 -2010
I was the manager of this business, which is the equivalent of a gastro pub. it
was a bar and restaurant which had 140 covers. We had 18 staff working for
us. My job entailed hiring and training of staff. Organizng the running of the
restaurant, which included rota’s, menus and private events. Choosing the
wines and sourcing from local vin yards.
Controlling expenditure and stock. Charting sales and optimizing growth.
PROFILE
I am a resourceful, highly motivated and assertive individual who is solution
orientated and very hard working. Trained Silver service which has given me
an eye for detail.
