I began to be cook with a traditional French restaurant as a Commis then Line Cook back in 2012.
From then I also cooked for collectivity in French sport resort called UCPA, meaning for 200+
clients. Today I am cook in Montreal for two different restaurants, one vegan and the other one is a
coffee where I work in autonomy to feed around 50 clients per day
