*To provide back up for all other hotel teams.
*To assistwith the training of new starters.
*To be in charge of running our international booking reportchecks.

During my time at Jurys Inn I’ve been promoted from Receptionist to Reservationist. My duties included:
*To be the firstpoint of contact for customers wishing to book group bedrooms or dinners/events.
