Summary
I’ve always worked with food and served it to many customers because I love it and hold pride
in what I do. With my 8 years of experience all over New Orleans dealing with food, and 4 years
in French Quarter retail, I wish to continue making customers happy.
Experience
My experience includes being a:
Server/food prep from January 2004 until April 2007 at Amy’s café in New Orleans, Louisiana
-Taking care of opening, food prep, cashier, server, and took care of closing/cleaning.**
Vendor of the French Market for Khan Trading from April 2007 until September 2009
-Set up in the morning, received orders, cashier, promoted, and sold products.
Food prep/cashier from November 2009 until September 2012 with Toulouse Gourmet Catering
for Tulane Basketball and Baseball Stadium**
Pizza maker/fry cook from October 2012 until June 2013 at The Doughbowl**

-Opened and closed, taking care of the cleaning at open and close, managing the bank deposits
which included : making deposits regularly, writing checks, and paying the bills. Took care of all
sales and shipping, also included working at Jazz Fest (2 seperate years)
Advance staff of Event Coordination for Larpworks LLC from September 2014 - ti'll
- Helped organize 8-9 events annually working with a team of 8 other staff members to assure
high quality food and entertainment for 70-80 players for 32 hours+. Setting up props, the
kitchen, making sure inventory is properly stored, used, and returned, and providing interactive
fun for all, and lastly, making sure the area is cleaned to close.

2. Education
I've studied for two years at UNO, then another year at Delgado, but found myself wanting to
learn more about business as my goal is to start my own one day. Therefore, i want to learn
more by working with managment directly on how to improve business and raise sales.
