Old store
 Weekly sales including fuel 12-13k weekly
 2 members of staff to begin with which
grew to 6
 Wine licence only weekly sales €150

My role
 Starting from the beginning and working my way up to become
store manager has been an amazing achievement for myself.
 Gave me a better understanding of the every day running of the
store
 I can relate to my staff/team with a greater understanding
 Being more personal is a key factor
 Involving staff and engaging with them on a day to day basis
 Loving my job and looking forward to coming into work everyday
creates a happy enviroment for everyone to work in
 Having a positive can do attitude reflects on staffs attitude to work
 Praise and recognition is a must
 Accomadating staff
 Getting the best where possible from all staff
 Giving them roles which best suit them and their needs
 Keeping things new and exciting
 Making sure we are doing our upmost to keep the customers we
have and increase footfall to our store
 Keeping up with new trends so we are up to date with whats going
