The Project Scope:
The scope of the project was to construct a Colonial style Vacation Abode for a family of Five people. This project
is a residential cottage that was built in 2021 consisting of two stories with an overall gross floor area of 3000 sq.
ft. The site is located in a hill terrain region. This project was scheduled and planned to take the final form and
handover in 12 months started on 22nd March 2021 and finished on 14th April 2022.
