 Available for Mac (currently iMovie ‘11), iPod Touch (4th
Generation or newer), iPhone 4 (or newer), iPad 2
 Import home video footage, edit clips, add titles and
add music
 Effects include color correction and video enhancement
tools as well as transitions.

4. Keynote
 Part of iWork productivity suite of programs created by
Apple. Available for Mac and iPad.
 Apple’s answer to PowerPoint; includes themes,
transitions, animations. Can export to multiple
programs including QuickTime video formats.

5. PowerPoint
 Currently in 2010 (for Mac) or 2011 (for PC); part of
Microsoft Office suite available for both PC and Mac
computers.
 Add custom animation and transition effects to create a
video (or a game like Jeopardy), or save as QuickTime file.

6. Windows Movie Maker
 Movie Maker for Me, XP and Vista; Live Movie Maker for
later versions of Windows.
 Features effects, transitions, titles/credits, audio track,
timeline narration. Newest version can record clips from
webcam, and features new animated video titles.

 Essentially a multimedia slide show that holds images,
documents and videos and allows users to narrate slides
and leave comments.
 Share with others and allow them to record comments
too. Doodle while commenting, and use multiple
identities to show who made which comments.

emotions, voices & gestures
 Type or record your dialogue; actors automatically lip-sync
