2. THE CAMERA
To film our Thriller opening we used a
high-tech Canon camera.
The HD quality made our final product
look like an authentic Hollywood film.
In our preliminary we used a handheld
Sony camera which had a poorer quality
than the Canon camera.
3. iMac
We used iMacs to research conventions
of Thriller openings to make ours look
more realistic.
We also used it to edit our footage to get
our final product.
4. iMovie
We used iMovie to edit our footage.
We were also able to add sound effects
and a soundtrack to our footage to make
it appear as a convincing Thriller
opening.
5. Blogger
We used a site called ‘Blogger’ to
upload research, our product and
evaluation for our Thriller opening
coursework.
We learnt how to share various forms of
media to our blogs so people could view
them in different ways.
6. iTunes
With iTunes we were able to take the
soundtrack from the internet then copy it
onto iMovie as a sound file to play
throughout our opening.
7. YouTube
We set up YouTube accounts so we
could upload videos to YouTube and
then post links on our blogs for people to
see.
