10. Set Up Integration – Church360° Unite
• In Church360° Unite, log in as an
administrator
• Go to Settings » Integration
• Under Token, double-click to select,
then copy
• Under Sudomain, double-click to
select, then copy

11. Set Up Integration – Shepherd’s Staff
• In Shepherd’s Staff, Open Membership
• Go to Tools » Church360° Unite
• Under Account Token, click edit, then
paste account token
• Under Sudomain, click edit, then paste
account token

12. First Sync
• Prepare all appropriate users by marking them as
checked under “Unite?” in the People grid
• Use Mass Update if needed
• Where = Person
• What = Show in Church360° Unite
• Look for Church360° Unite Logo
• First Time – Send everyone who appears in Church360°
Unite
• Future – Send just the people with data changes
• Click Sync

13. See the Data in Church360° Unite
• Users
• Non-members imported, but not listed
• New people will not sync; people can only be created
in Shepherd’s Staff
• Listing members will cause them to appear in Member
Directory
• Member Directory
• Members can choose to remove themselves from the
directory
• Profiles

• View private pages, include Member Directory and
calendar
• Update personal and household profiles
